Al Sharpton Is A ‘Race Pimp,’ Says Movie Star James Woods, Who Is Calling For Sony Boycott
Al Sharpton is a “race pimp” and a “disgusting pig” who is responsible for the NYPD executions, according to Hollywood star James Woods. The actor is blaming Sharpton, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio, and President Obama for the Ismaaiyl Brinsley murders of Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos.
James Woods, an Academy Awards nominee, tweeted this about Al Sharpton, “This disgusting pig is DIRECTLY responsible for the murder of two good policemen. No discussion.”
According to the Daily Mail, Woods ultimately deleted that particular Al Sharpton tweet – which included of a photo of the MSNBC host who has battled a massive back issue with the IRS.
In the wake of the NYPD cop killing, James Woods tweeted using a series of hashtags related to the Ismaaiyl Brinsley shootings. Woods hashtags included, #BlueLivesMatter, #PigSharpton, #TurnYourBack, and #RaceHucksters. Before traveling to a high-crime neighborhood in Brooklyn to execute the two NYPD officers, Brinsley shot former girlfriend and Air Force Reservist Shaneka Thompson in the abdomen. Thompson is reportedly in critical but stable condition, and is expected to make a full recovery.
Woods, 67, is also calling for a Sony boycott. The angst directed at the entertainment company behind The Interview movie stems from a promise by Sony to work with Al Sharpton. The informal partnership between Sony and Sharpton was prompted by the North Korea cyber hack of emails at the move company.
The Hollywood star applauded the NYPD officers who turned their backs on NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio as he was preparing to speak at a press conference. Last year, James Woods posted a tweet calling Obama a “true abomination,” and revealed that the felt he would never work in Hollywood again because of his political views.
“I don’t expect to work again. I think Barack Obama is a threat to the integrity and future of the Republic. My country first,” the actor posted.
Reverend Al Sharpton said that Eric Garner’s family has no connection to NYPD cop killer Ismaaiyl Brinsley, during a Sunday press conference. Sharpton also claimed that he had received death threats and “racist profanity” in a voicemail on his cell phone, and is turning the device over to the FBI for futher review.
“We are now under intense threat from those who are misguided. From those who are trying to blame everyone from civil rights leaders to the mayor, rather than deal with an ugly spirit that all of us need to fight,” Reverend Sharpton said.
