Leah Messer Celebrates Daughters With ‘Frozen’ Birthday, Explains Situation With Jeremy Calvert
Leah Messer of Teen Mom 2 has a lot going on in her life, but she was able to celebrate this past weekend. Her twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, turned 5-years-old, and the mother of three had a Frozen-themed birthday party for the girls at what appears to be a roller skating rink.
In photos shared on Leah’s Official Facebook Page, Ali and Aleeah can be seen sitting in front of a Frozen cake with their sister, Addie, in between. Like her girls, Leah is wearing a Frozen crown and waiting anxiously for her daughters to blow out the birthday candles.
While there are several photos of the party, Jeremy Calvert is absent in the photos. Of course, many people took this to mean that he and Leah are over for good, but she explained why he was not in attendance at the party on her Facebook page.
“Yes Jeremy Lynn and I are still together(: I was with him the night before close to his job. He had to work and could not make it to the girls birthday party. ): We were thinking of him as he was thinking of us and we missed him dearly but knew he was doing what he had to for us! xoxo”
Interestingly, Leah Messer did share on her Twitter account that she was going to see Jeremy, most likely where he was working. A source told Radar Online that Jeremy Calvert is currently working across the Midwest right now.
It is hard to believe that Ali and Aleeah Simms are already 5-years-old. It seems like only yesterday fans met Leah Messer on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant. The cameras followed her pregnancy and subsequent birth of the twins, who she named Aleeah Grace and Aliannah Hope. While Leah’s relationship with their father, Corey Simms, did not work out, they still share parenting time together.
Although Leah has been involved with Teen Mom 2 for five seasons, she initially declined to sign a contract for another season. With so much going on in her life, it is easy to see why she would want to shield herself from the reality show cameras. However, fans wanted to see her back on the show. Eventually she gave in, and will appear on the sixth season, as previously reported by the Inquisitr.
It is unclear if MTV cameras were on hand at the birthday party to film Leah Messer and her girls.
