Cheating Scandal: Robbie Kidd Says He Slept With Leah Messer

It was the cheating scandal that rocked the Teen Mom 2 world. In October, Jeremy Calvert took to his Twitter account to accuse his wife Leah of cheating on him with Robbie Kidd. Fans may recall that Robbie is the same man who Leah admitted to cheating on her first husband with prior to their wedding. The accusations were denied by both Leah and Robbie, but now it seems that Robbie is changing his story about the cheating scandal.

Radar Online reports that Robbie gave an interview to InTouch Weekly, where he admitted that not only had he and Leah been in touch while Jeremy Calvert was out of town, but that they also slept together one time.

“I asked her if she wanted to come over and talk. Leah didn’t hesitate. She came right over, and one thing led to another and we had sex. We wore protection. That was the one and only time.”

After rumors of the cheating scandal arose, crazier rumors suggesting that Leah Messer was pregnant with Robbie Kidd’s child started to swirl. Leah went directly to Twitter to deny that she was pregnant. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Leah said she was not with Robbie and was not pregnant. She also explained that she and her husband were still working on their marriage.

Since rumors of the cheating scandal broke, reports that Jeremy Calvert has been talking to other women and saying that he is single have been circulating. Screenshots of Twitter messages show that Jeremy did indeed contact other women to try to spend time with them. According to Robbie Kidd, the reason that Leah strayed with him was a direct result of feeling lonely.

“Leah felt really alone because Jeremy’s gone a lot for work. She said Jeremy doesn’t care about her or their family when he’s gone. All he wants to do is talk about sex.”

Jeremy Calvert works out of town, often for weeks at a time. As a result, he and Leah Messer are unable to spend a lot of time together, and if Robbie is telling the truth, Leah may have emotional needs that are not being met.

As Starcasm points out, Robbie Kidd spoke out about the cheating scandal about a month ago and denied that anything had happened between him and the Teen Mom 2 star. He explained that the rumor blew up when someone saw Robbie driving one of Leah’s vehicles around town. Since they live in a relatively small town, the rumor spread fast and quickly made its way back to Jeremy.

Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert are reportedly working out their marriage, his family hoping that he will work things out with his wife before calling it quits. It is unclear how Robbie’s interview could change things, if at all. It is also unclear why he chose to speak out now. However, Robbie Kidd seems confident that there won’t be another cheating scandal involving him and Leah Messer. While he admits that he and Leah will “always have a connection,” Robbie is now back with the mother of his child, happy, and doesn’t want to deal with anymore drama.
