William Levy: Cuban Actor Promotes New Perfume Fragrance In Uruguay

William Levy, actor and model, is launching a new perfume. According to Latin Post, the Cuban actor, best known for his role in Tyler Perry’s 2014 movie The Single Mom’s Club, was in Uruguay on Thursday to promote the product. He was also there for a photo and video shoot to further promote sales of the new fragrance. Levy was excited as he shared the news with his 2.46 million Twitter followers, where he posted the following message.

“Ready to embark on a new adventure.()Going to Uruguay to film my first commercial for my new fragrance. I’ll give you more details soon ? Love YOU all!!! #travelingtheworld.”

Cojimar, Cuba native William Levy, whose real name is William Levy Gutiérrez, came to America at the age of 14, settling in Miami, Florida, with his single mother, Barbara, according to his bio.

The former “Dancing With The Stars” contestant also appeared in Telemundo’s “Isla de la Tentación and Protagonistas de Novela 2” and the Mexican-based telenovela “Triunfo Del Amor.” The Inquisitr frequently reported on Levy’s stint on “Dancing With The Stars.”

News of his travel to Uruguay comes just after reports of a bitter breakup between Levy and his longtime girlfriend, Elizabeth Guttierez, with whom he had an 11-year-relationship that produced two beautiful children. Guttierez, who is often referred to as his wife, is concentrating on raising her children, sources say. When William Levy was asked why he had not put a ring on it, he made the following statement, as stated at Latin Gossip.

“I’m a bit lazy, I am always from one place to another and I have never paid much attention to those papers. If tomorrow I have time perhaps I’ll take that step. In love you give your heart, it doesn’t work because it’s on paper.”

Sources close to the actor say that the breakup had nothing to do with an extramarital affair, though it has been rumored that he was involved with various co-actors, rumors which Levy denies.

Regarding the rumors, Levy released the following statement, according to Latin Times.

“Any decision we take will be between us. All I ask for is respect for her sake and our children’s.”

Elizabeth Guttierez posted the following message to her social media account on December 6.

“!!!!Nunca te arrepientas de nada especialmente sí lo hiciste por amor!!” (Translation: Never be sorry for anything, especially if you did it for love.)
