Kate Middleton Reportedly ‘Starting To Feel Really Pregnant’ Ahead Of New York Visit
Kate Middleton is, by all accounts, feeling a lot better since entering the second trimester of her pregnancy, which has so far been marred by serious bouts of morning sickness. Now, she is looking forward to her three-day visit to New York later this month.
Even though Kate is well enough to cross the pond, and has been attending numerous royal engagements more recently, she is reportedly “starting to feel really pregnant,” according to an inside source who spoke to Us Weekly, as her baby bump begins to show more prominently.
As the source revealed to the publication, “Kate’s starting to feel really pregnant. She’s been joking about never passing up an opportunities to use the loo! Now that things are settled health-wise, she’s loving being surrounded by her girlfriends, having a laugh and talking baby things.”
Meanwhile, Kate and William are busy planning for the arrival of a brother or sister for Prince George, as well as getting ready for Christmas in just a few weeks time.
The source told the publication, “George won’t have to share his bedroom. I’m not sure George understands that Kate is pregnant. But they are talking to him about having a new brother or sister. They’re making sure he’s prepared the best they can.”
According to another source, who spoke to Britain’s Grazia magazine, Kate Middleton and Prince William plan to break with tradition this year, and will only spend part of the day with the Queen at her Sandringham home, before going back to their Anmer Hall residence.
“William spoke to the Queen about doing their own thing, especially since Kate had been suffering from acute morning sickness. He thought it would be nice for her to have a low-key Christmas. The Queen agreed,” the source claimed.
According to other reports, Prince William enjoyed Christmas last year at Kate’s family’s place so much that he would love to go visit them again sometime over the festive period.
A source said, “Christmas in previous years has been formal and duty-filled. Timetables and instructions were even handed out to guests! But Wills’ Christmas with the Middletons last year made him realise how much more enjoyable the festive period could be and he’s been campaigning with Kate to bring that informal flavour to the royal fold.”
