Live Reindeer Cam: Watch Santa Feed His Reindeer, Get On His Nice List
This year’s live reindeer cam is up and running for kids (and grownups) who want to watch as Santa feed his reindeer and prepare them for a Christmas Eve sleigh-ride and plenty of rooftop landings. This year, there are several options for viewing Santa’s reindeer, including a live feed based in Michigan and Animal Planet‘s reindeer cam that live streams from the Como Zoo in St. Paul, Minnesota.

ReindeerCam is a site that has been around for several years, with a great view of the reindeer going about their day. The site has a complete schedule of when Santa comes out to feed his reindeer that last right up until Santa takes off on Christmas Eve. Check in on Santa at 11 a.m., 6 p.m., and 9 p.m. ET on weekdays and once a day (6 p.m. ET) on weekends using the website’s live feed or via the iPhone or Android apps listed on the site.
“Santa and his elves will be prepping the sleigh for takeoff at 8pm Eastern time. The event will not be broadcasted to mobile devices due to technical difficulties.”
This year, parents can ask the folks who run the ReindeerCam site to have their children added to Santa’s “nice list” — something that may be a good incentive to get them to clean up their rooms, but only if you want to fork over $19.99 to get your child’s name on the site’s “nice list” ticker and a letter from Santa.
For families who are on-the-go this holiday season, a free reindeer cam mobile app for iPhone and Android smartphones is also available. Who knew there were so many ways to keep an eye on Santa and his reindeer?

The Animal Planet is also offering a live reindeer cam for the second year in a row that features two reindeer at Minnesota’s Como Zoo. View Animal Planet‘s reindeer cam online at apl.tv/reindeer or on the network’s live apps on Amazon Fire, Roku and Xbox.
“The stream may give the Yule Log video a run for its money as silent background holiday party viewing.”
The reindeers’ home is fully-decorated with lights and a countdown to Christmas, but Santa doesn’t stop by as frequently as he does on the previously mentioned site. Lost Remote reports that the jolly old elf will visit his reindeer and speak to Animal Planet‘s live cam viewers on December 19, 22 and 23.
