Justin Bieber Moves Out Of Beverly Hills Condo, Residents Reportedly Happy

Justin Bieber has reportedly moved out from the Beverly Hills condo he was staying in, apparently delighting residents who had previously complained about numerous alleged issues.

The Biebs leased two units at the luxury condominium building in June. The singer’s unit was a penthouse which accessed the roof. Another 4th floor unit was rented for members of his team.

During Justin’s stay — which was broken up by his extensive traveling from late summer to October — the neighbors complained numerous times to the Home Owners Association and Beverly Hills police about alleged weed odor detected in communal areas and alleged loud music at parties the singer threw at the condo.

According to TMZ, Bieber officially moved out on Monday, December 1.

The website is reporting tenants were sent an email informing them of his departure and suggesting a party to celebrate. The “party” detail may not be true, given the site’s habit of sensationalizing.

It’s said the singer is looking for another Los Angeles rental, but that is not confirmed.

On June 24, TMZ first reported condo neighbors previously contacted the HOA because of alleged excessive noise and marijuana odor at a party Justin threw days before, reportedly ending at around 4 am.

The site reported the police were called out twice by some residents, with one complaining about alleged hotboxing in the singer’s penthouse.

On June 30, Justin hosted a party attended by sports star Johnny Manziel, champ boxer Floyd Mayweather, singer/actor Tyrese, the rapper Tyga, the model Chantel Jeffries and others. Police were reportedly called out to the complex the next morning (July 1) after one resident reportedly complained about loud music.

It was reported the cops spoke to somebody at the party other than Bieber, and the music was turned down.

A short time later, cops reportedly returned to the condo again due to young female fans screaming outside.

On July 3, TMZ subsequently claimed the HOA had hired extra security to “deal” with the singer’s presence at the condo and held an emergency meeting to soothe neighbors.

However, E! News later corrected that report, confirming with a source that the HOA said it had added extra security for all its residents, but denied it had hired security specifically to control Bieber’s activities.

At the time, the source added,

“No emergency HOA meeting has taken place but the association is looking into added security on an as needed basis to ensure the privacy of the residents is protected.”

Matters appeared to a come to a head later in July, after Beverly Hills cops were called out to the condo six times over the weekend of July 20-21 after Justin threw another party.

At the time, Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Matt Subin told the Los Angeles Times officers went to the condo six times, twice because of fans screaming outside the condo and littering the area and four times after residents complained of noise coming from Bieber’s party.

It was estimated around 75 guests piled into Bieber’s rooftop pad on Saturday (July 20) and around Sunday (July 22). It was reported the Canadian was given verbal warnings by cops but wasn’t cited.

A little over a week later, police reportedly began advising condo residents about steps they could take in the event of further disturbances at Bieber’s units, including making a citizen’s arrest.

At that point, the singer’s travels abroad prevented the necessity of such a radical move by residents.

But when Justin returned from a vacation in Europe with his father following the end of his relationship with Selena Gomez, he threw a party on October 14 which went on until the early morning.

Neighbors reportedly called the police twice, citing noise disturbance. As a result, deputies arrived shortly after 11 p.m. But, when they didn’t hear anything, they left without knocking on the Biebs door.

Cops were then called out a second time, after which they did knock. At the time, E! News reported police returned about one hour later after a second complaint to find 40 people gathered on the rooftop of the building.

However, E! noted cops said there was “no loud music, or screaming, but rather people talking and hanging out.”

The outlet, which, unlike some, is noted for its accuracy in reporting, said police found no violations at Bieber’s party, but did speak to the singer before they left. Justin reportedly voluntarily asked for some of his guests to leave the premises, with 10 people remaining by the end.

The Inquisitr notes Mail Online published an erroneous report claiming Bieber bought a disco light speaker system on Wednesday, October 15 after cops visited the condo late Tuesday.

In fact, Bieber purchased the ION House Party Bluetooth Speaker System for his Beverly Hills bash at the Bed Bath & Beyond on Tuesday as X17 Online.com — the photographic agency which first published pictures of Bieber’s shopping trip — clearly reported.

Mail Online’s “mistake” was more bizarre given that the UK tabloid themselves previously reported the singer bought the light system on Tuesday in a separate report.
