Jionni Lavalle Spends His Honeymoon In Court For DUI Charges
Jionni Lavalle reportedly spent his first Monday as a married man in court because of a previous DUI charge that dated back to August of this year.
According TMZ, Jionni Lavalle’s honeymoon hasn’t been all about love and romancing his new wife, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi. Jionni reportedly spent Monday, December 1, in court pleading guilty to DUI charges from August 7, 2014.
Jionni was reportedly arrested on August 7 on Interstate 80 in Totowa, New Jersey at 3:30 a.m. after cops noticed him driving erratically. According to E! News, Jionni pleaded guilty to the DUI charge and the two other charges against him — unsafe lane change and careless driving — were dismissed.
How did his new wife handle the news? Looks like the newlywed is still floating on cloud nine as a result of her recent wedding this past Saturday.

The former Jersey Shore star will likely let it slide considering she has a record of her own. According to TMZ, Snooki was arrested in 2010 for public drunkenness.
Looks like these two just love their alcohol. In fact, Snooki told her fans and followers that she needed a little liquid courage on the day of her wedding. According to a previous report by the Inquisitr, Snooki admitted that she needed a bit of vodka before she walked down the aisle.
“I had the worst jitters. I was nervous, I had to have a little vodka. I was like, ‘Where’s my vodka? I need my nerves to calm down.'”
At least it looks like the alcohol consumption was kept to reasonable levels during the wedding reception, because it seems like everyone had a fun filled evening.
So what were the consequences that resulted from Jionni Lavalle’s guilty plea? According to E! News, Jionni’s license will be suspended for 90 days and he must complete 12 hours of a drug and alcohol education class while also paying a $614 fine.
Now that the wedding and Jionni’s day in court are finally over, hopefully he can just kick back and relax a little while enjoying his life with his new bride and their two beautiful children!
