Ginger White Details Extent of Herman Cain Contact, Cain Continues to Deny Affair

It’s interesting the levels of scandal needed to take down a Republican versus a Democrat in American politics.

Anthony Weiner posts a few racy tweets and he’s done for despite a long career serving his district in Brooklyn/Queens. Yet compelling evidence arises that Herman Cain paid off former employees he sexually harassed, with little consequence. And now another woman- Ginger White- has spoken up, claiming years-long extra-marital contact with the presidential hopeful, producing evidence of an affair that would, were the parties reversed, have Republicans calling for Cain’s wang on a platter. (Which is not to say the personal lives of politicians should be under such scrutiny at all, but if so, the standard should at least be applied both ways.)

White says she carried on with Cain for 13 years, and has produced phone records showing calls and texts from Cain at all hours of the night, as well as books with questionable inscriptions written by the GOP candidate. CSM details via a local Fox affiliate:

The calls were made during four different months— calls or texts made as early as 4:26 in the early morning, and as late as 7:52 at night. The latest were in September of this year… We texted the number and Herman Cain called us back. He told us he “knew Ginger White” but said these are “more false allegations.” He said she had his number because he was “trying to help her financially.”

Some other intriguing details: According to White, Cain gave her autographed copies of his books, writing, “Miss G, you have already made a ‘big difference!’ Stay focused as you pursue your next destination” in one, and “Friends are forever! Everything else is a bonus” in the other.

Cain’s lawyer commented that the Republican frontrunner has “no obligation to discuss these types of accusations publicly with the media” and he will continue to refuse to do so even if his “principled” stance is viewed unfavorably by the media.
