Angelina Jolie Considers Being A ‘Better Wife’ For Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie wants to be a better wife to her husband, Brad Pitt, sometimes. According to Us Weekly, the actress revealed that she has “moments” where she really wants to be that quintessential wife for her man, something that many women strive to achieve on a daily basis. However, Jolie says that Pitt knows what he got himself into, and he’s happy focusing on the positive things that she brings to the table (even if that’s not freshly baked muffins).

“We have moments where I say, ‘I’m going to be a better wife! I’m going to learn to cook,’ and he says, ‘Oh honey, know what you’re good at, know what you’re not.’ He knows my limitations and where I’m a good wife and a good mom,” Jolie said.

Jolie’s better wife comments aren’t unheard of by any means. There is something to say about becoming someone’s wife after dating for a while, and things really do change, even if being married is just a “piece of paper.” Angie says that she realized that being married, being legally committed to Pitt, has made things different, in a good way.

“It did change [things]. It was in just a feeling of that security and comfort that we always had, but recommitting after 10 years together. And we were fortunate enough to be in that unusual situation where we got married with our children, and they were a part of the ceremony and they wrote some of the vows. So it was all of us agreeing to be together and to commit to this life together — not because we had to, not because anything was missing in our lives, but because we were absolutely sure. It was really lovely, it was a lovely day,” Jolie said.

According to Celebuzz, Jolie and Pitt have a great relationship in so many aspects. Not only do the two work well together as husband and wife, and mom and dad, but they also work well together, and are super proud of their new film By The Sea.

Despite reports that Jolie is leaving the industry to be a better wife and mom, it doesn’t sound like she’s slowing down any. However, the actress recently revealed that she will be switching gears a bit in the not-so-distant future. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Jolie enjoys being behind the camera, and would like to focus her career as a director and a producer rather than an actress.
