‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Is Concerned About Future of Relationship

Vanderpump Rules is all about the relationships between the workers at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant SUR, but the show is more about the employees and what they do when they aren’t working. It is no secret that fans have fallen in love with the Vanderpump Rules cast, as they tend to switch partners more often than not.

But there is one couple on Vanderpump Rules that have been going steady since the beginning. Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have been dating prior to the show beginning, and neither of them has cheated on one another. However, it sounds like things are changing a little, as Katie is questioning where her relationship is going.

According to a new Bravo report, this Vanderpump Rules cast member is revealing that she is concerned about the future of her relationship. Katie is scared that she won’t get to marry Tom, as he doesn’t want to take the next step until he is financially secure. He got a job at PUMP, but his panic attack was enough for him to quit.

“On to a more serious and frustrating note: Tom quitting PUMP. It’s true, I had never heard him as frantic and upset as he was on the phone. I knew he genuinely panicked,” star Katie revealed, adding that she did find it frustrating because it was one step forward and two steps back.

“However, I didn’t like his attitude about giving it up completely. I have worked in restaurants half of my life and while they are high stress at times, it’s not like we are brain surgeons. I know that Tom makes great money modeling, but I thought him working at PUMP was going to offer more stability. It’s not comforting to know how he handles these stressful situations when I am investing so much into our relationship. Now, I am worried that our future together is even further away,” she added.

Katie is close friends with Stassi Schroeder and the two film scenes together for Vanderpump Rules, so she understands her concerns. But when Schroeder gave an interview recently, she explains that the drama on the show is the same old stuff. But don’t expect her to go away. According to the Inquisitr, Schwartz actually misses Stassi on Vanderpump Rules because she is honest and a helpful friend. Maybe she can give him some helpful advice when it comes to getting his job back.
