A St. Louis woman, Becca Campbell , accidentally fatally shot herself in the head with a gun she purchased for protection if Ferguson riots again after the Darren Wilson grand jury verdict.

The 26-year-old woman and her 33-year-old boyfriend bought the gun due to fears that violent civil unrest and looting would once again occur in the town after the Michael Brown shooting Ferguson verdict was read, according to St. Louis police reports. Becca Campbell was “waving the gun around” in the car after purchasing the firearm, according to her unidentified boyfriend.

Becca Campbell was allegedly waving the gun in the car and saying she was “ready for Ferguson.” When the St. Louis woman’s boyfriend moved to avoid be hit with the gun, he rear-ended another vehicle and the gun “went off” hitting Campbell in the head and killing her.

The Ferguson woman was transported to a local hospital, but died shortly after her arrival. St. Louis police officers have not yet confirmed all the details in Becca Campbell’s boyfriend’s story, and are waiting for the return of lab results related to the firearm.

The Mike Brown shooting Ferguson verdict has been predicted to occur any day. As previously reported by the Inquisitr , the Don’t Shoot Coalition issued a “ 19 Rules of Engagement ” list of demands to Ferguson area police officers. The group wants 48-hour notice before the Darren Wilson grand jury decision is announced to the public, no “militarized police” gear, equipment, or vehicles to be present during Ferguson protests, and for officers to not react to “minor lawbreaking” such as thrown water bottles.

A “ Pants Up Don’t Loot ” billboard could soon be erected in Ferguson. Supporters of Darren Wilson donated the funds necessary to create the signage. A militant group calling itself the Black Rebels , posted a $5,000 reward for the location of Wilson, stating that the group, which is part of the Uhuru movement, wants to ask the man who shot Michael Brown, “some questions.” A $1,000 bounty for the locations of close relatives of Darren Wilson was also offered by the same group.

School officials in Ferguson are also concerned about violent civil unrest and looting and have requested that the Darren Wilson grand jury decision not be released during the school day. Some are speculating that the results of the Michael Brown shooting legal proceedings will not be released until the Thanksgiving holiday in order to curtail the possibility of Ferguson riots and looting.

What do you think about the woman who shot herself in the head with the gun she bought to protect herself from Ferguson riots? Will the Darren Wilson grand jury indict?
