Attorney Allegedly Hypnotized Clients Into Performing Sex Acts With Him

Ohio attorney Michael Fine is under investigation for allegedly hypnotizing female clients into performing sex acts during meetings in his office.

According to the Smoking Gun, the attorney has not been formally charged yet, but allegations were made against him in emergency court documents filed with the Ohio Supreme Court Tuesday.

The Lorain County Chronicle-Telegram posted the court documents, alleging that Fine preyed on two women who had hired him to represent them in domestic relations cases.

Bar Association lawyer Chris Cook claims that one of the victims, identified as Jane Doe 1, hired Fine is February 2013 to help her resolve a custody suit.

In the documents, Cook wrote that after meetings with Fine, “Doe 1 began to notice she was wet in her vaginal area, that her bra was disheveled, and that she could not recall the entire duration of the meetings.”

The woman also reported losses of time and “irregularities” after other private meetings, and phone conversations with Fine.

She went to the police in September and reported what was happening, saying that she didn’t report it earlier because “she feared that her concerns would not be taken seriously.”

Police told her to not return to Fine’s office. She chose not to take their advice, however, and did return – this time recording their meetings and conversations.

The documents allege that during a conversation in October, Fine asked the woman if she was alone after discussing some legal matters. When she told him she was, the attorney began using ‘code words’ that caused her to go into a trance-like state. He then began to use graphic sexual language, urging her to have orgasms and telling her he was her “teacher.”

She also allegedly recorded him telling her that they “had a special bond” and that she was “being made love to by the world’s greatest lover.”

Doe 1 told investigators she had not agreed to any sort of sexual activity or conversations with the attorney.

In a second recorded conversation, Fine repeated the techniques. He also allegedly told the woman to bring a vibrator with her to their next meeting.

After listening to the recording, Doe 1 contacted the police again, who told her to cancel her appointment. But Fine continued to “aggressively contact” her attempting to schedule meetings.

Police outfitted the woman with a wire and video recording device, and had her set up a meeting with Fine on November 7, in which he immediately placed her under a trance and said to her “you will insist to me that I touch you in any way that brings you pleasure.”

Investigators entered the office while the attorney was describing sexual activities he wanted the woman to engage in and later found a video camera on Fine’s desk during a search.

A second woman, Jane Doe 2, reported similar experiences with the attorney, saying that he had touched her fingers, arms, and forehead while discussing “relaxation techniques” with her during meetings, made comments about her “physical appearance,” and asked about the nature of her sexual activity with her husband. She later told another attorney in his former law firm that she thought Fine was trying to hypnotize her.

Cook said that there is no evidence any other lawyers were involved in the alleged activities.

The Lorain County Bar Association is seeking an emergency suspension of Michael Fine’s law license, claiming that he “poses a substantial threat of serious harm to the public.

There are many who believe hypnotism is fake, but the Inquisitr reported a University of Florida study last year which claimed it was valid. If that is the case, do you believe this attorney could really hypnotize these women and get them to commit sex acts?
