Amber Marchese Defends Her Husband: ‘Tell The Housewives’ To Get Educated

Amber Marchese and her husband were ready to fight on the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion, which aired this week. The final installment of the reunion aired this Tuesday, and the other stars of the show wanted to let Jim Marchese know how much they didn’t appreciate his Twitter outbursts. It is no secret that they don’t like him, but Jim doesn’t seem to mind so much.

Amber Marchese was willing to defend her husband and the question regarding his work surfaced. It was revealed that Jim Marchese had taken his bar exam years after graduating. It turns out that Andy Cohen and other housewives didn’t understand why it would take him so long to complete his education. Now, Amber is clarifying the matter.

According to a new Bravo report, Amber Marchese is now revealing in great detail the education her husband decided to take. And with her explanation comes a little dig at the other housewives – perhaps a challenge to see if they could do it.

“Sorry, Andy, I mean no disrespect, but you just don’t ‘bang out’ the bar exam, especially with two small children and a lucrative career. If the other cast members think it is so easy, tell them to get their bachelors, masters, and then a law degree before making ignorant statements about something that they have no clue about,” Amber Marchese explains of her husband’s education.

The other major issue at the reunion was the way Jim was talking to the other housewives. It is no secret that even Andy Cohen thought Jim was being rude and disrespectful, but Amber couldn’t help but point out that she was attacked as well.

“I am getting fed up with people saying Jim is disrespectful to women. Not one of the men sitting up on that stage has any right to cast stones, when they have a history of being disrespectful to women and men, and even in some cases their significant others,” Amber Marchese explains, adding that Bobby was attacking her and no one saw anything wrong with that.

“Bobby came at me pretty hard; you don’t see me whipping out my woman card. I wouldn’t respect him if he treated me like a little old weak woman who can’t take it when I give it! I commend Bobby for saying what he wanted to say to me and not treating me like a frail daisy,” Amber revealed.

Even though viewers don’t necessarily like Jim Marchese’s behavior, he doesn’t think that he is setting a bad example for his children. And with his lengthy education, it isn’t surprising that he has this belief. And as covered by the Inquisitr, the couple has also proven what it takes to be strong as they have fought through Amber’s breast cancer.
