Terry Bradshaw Selling The Ranch: Circle 12 Oklahoma Ranch Touts $10.8 Million Price Tag
Terry Bradshaw is selling the ranch he owns in Oklahoma, and it is listed with a price tag of $10.8 million. Apparently, the football great tried selling the property in 2012 without success, and now he’s giving it another shot. Will the National Football League Hall of Fame legend have better luck unloading the Circle 12 Ranch this time around?
According to KTUL, Terry Bradshaw is selling the ranch after owning it for 14 years. During that time, he has raised hogs, cattle, and horses there. The Circle 12 Ranch is about 120 miles south of Oklahoma City near Thackerville and the Texas border.
The property has an 8,600-square-foot home that includes eight bathrooms and six bedrooms. The ranch is listed with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in Dallas now, after being listed with a local agency in 2012. It seems that after owning the ranch and doing extensive upgrades over the years, Terry and his wife are looking to travel and spend more time at their home in Hawaii.
Sotheby’s shares that Bradshaw’s ranch has 744 acres of land that overlooks the Red River Valley. It includes a stallion station with four stalls along with a show barn with 20 stalls. There is also a covered arena, a mare barn with 50 stalls, and a breeding lab.
The land also includes three lakes, four ponds, coastal Bermuda pastures, and guest quarters. Two of the lakes are fully stocked fishing lakes. There is also a pool that includes an attached spa and a cabana. In addition, the property has an outdoor fire pit along with plenty of outdoor seating and exquisite views. The interior has three fireplaces, a built-in wine cooler, a wet bar, vaulted ceilings and a high-end kitchen.
The Circle 12 Ranch has a rustic, ranch feel throughout, but incorporates plenty of quality touches with wood and tile flooring, wooden panels, and high ceilings. Over the years that the Bradshaws have owned the ranch, they are said to have put millions into transforming the property into a working ranch.
Bradshaw played in the NFL for 14 seasons, having played as the Pittsburgh Steelers’ quarterback. He is now part of the team of Fox NFL Sunday. The family just experienced a tragedy when his daughter Rachel’s husband, former Titans kicker Rob Bironas, died in a one-car accident. Rachel and Rob had just gotten married this past June.
