Fox News’ Bob Beckel Flips The Bird On-Air To ‘The Five’ Co-Host [Video]
It got a bit heated on the set of Fox News‘ “The Five” recently. So much so that co-host Bob Beckel got frustrated enough to flip the bird on national television to another member of the panel of commentators.
An intense debate about Democrats playing the race card during recent elections – specifically comments Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) and Rep. Jim Clyburn’s (D-SC) made suggesting that Republicans in Congress aren’t honestly confronting the issue of race, according to Talking Points Memo. The discussion escalated into a screaming match, which ended with Beckel flipping co-host Jesse Watters the finger.
Watters contended that Democrats were intentionally playing the race card to get the minority vote.
I have a feeling I know why [they’re doing it]. Because anything that threatens the Democrat monopoly on the black vote threatens the entire power structure of the Democratic Party. It threatens any ability to get the White House, it threatens any ability to control urban areas. It threatens money, it threatens power. I tell you what, they throw the buzz words out and they try to scare blacks into not trying to cross the line… “
Beckel appeared to be getting increasingly agitated by his co-hosts’ arguments, and asked them not to generalize the entire Democratic Party.
Would you address yourself to those people? They do not represent the Democratic Party. You didn’t see Maxine Waters come out and say it.”
But Watters shot back that he didn’t hear of any white Democrats who were “denouncing their rhetoric,” so they must be “okay with it.” When Beckel said he was denouncing it, Watters told him, “Yeah, but you’re not a leader.”

The Inquisitr previously reported that Beckel is well-known for his antics on “The Five,” such as the time he commented to Kimberly Guilfoyle about her legs earlier this year, which some people considered as sexist.
Beckel later apologized on Fox News for the obscene gesture, saying he did not realize he was on the air at the time.
Do you believe that Beckel really thought that?
