Star Wars: The Old Republic developers want you to pick a side [Video]

In the latest of many Star Wars: The Old Republic trailers, BioWare tasks you, the viewer, with picking a side. No, not Sith or Jedi – that’s been done into the ground. Instead, you’ll be picking between the Sith Inquisitor and the Republic’s Trooper.

More than anything else, the video is a primer on both classes, with pros and cons relative to the two classes discussed at some length by the developers. It’s not going to tell you everything, but it just may help you get a sense of the playstyle you can expect from each.

Really, it just boils down to this: Do you want to shoot lightning from your hands and wield a dual lightsaber, or do you want to be a beefy Trooper with a ton of potent, long-range gadgets and weapons at his disposal?
