Teresa Giudice’s Husband Is Reportedly Boozing Hard Following Reports Of A House Search
Teresa Giudice’s husband isn’t handling the news of their upcoming home search very well.
Just one day after the Inquisitr reported the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple’s home would be searched for contraband, a source claims Joe has been drowning his troubles at local bars in New Jersey.
“Joe is spending as much time as possible out of the house,” a source close to Joe told Radar Online on November 5. “There are one or two places in Rockaway he likes to go to because he doesn’t get bothered, and other patrons often buy him drinks.”
Although the Giudices were recently seen celebrating their 15-year wedding anniversary together, the source claimed Joe typically doesn’t bring Teresa along for his wild nights out. “He is most often alone, or with one or two guy friends. Teresa is never with him,” the source said. “He just likes to hang out and watch football games, or just shoot the sh*t.”
On Tuesday, it was reported that the Giudice’s home would be searched after Giudice completed her 15-month sentence in early 2016.
“[Teresa Giudice] must check-in with her probation officer within 72 hours after leaving prison,” Radar Online reported on November 4. Giudice must “permit a probation officer to visit him/her at any time at home or elsewhere, and shall permit confiscation of any contraband.”
In addition, Giudice will be required to be employed at a “lawful occupation unless excused by the probation officer for schooling, training or other acceptable reasons.” While it was not noted whether or not reality TV would be included in those terms, the Inquisitr recently reported Giudice and her family would be coming back to Bravo for a seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Giudice and her husband will also be required to get permission to contact one other — despite their being married. As Radar explained, “[Teresa Giudice] will need to get permission from probation officials to associate with her felon husband, Joe Giudice, because of his criminal conviction.”
Giudice and her husband were sentenced on October 2, over a year after their 39-count indictment. While Giudice received a prison term of 15 months, Joe’s sentencing was much more severe. When Giudice completes her sentence, Joe is expected to enter prison for a 41-month term. Joe is also facing a possible deportation, which will be addressed once Giudice leaves prison.
