‘The Little Couple’ Returns: When Will New Episodes With Jen Arnold, Bill Klein, Will And Zoey Begin?
Fans of The Little Couple finally got the news they’ve been anxiously waiting for: a return date for the show. Though Dr. Jen Arnold had previously said that they were taping new episodes, fans were left hanging regarding a specific premiere date. Now viewers know just when they will get new episodes of Jen, Bill Klein, Will and Zoey and luckily the wait won’t be too long.
The Little Couple season premiere will take place on Tuesday, December 2 on TLC. The Wrap shared the news on the new season along with a sneak peek into what lies ahead. While last season viewers were relieved to hear that Arnold’s cancer was in remission, this season she’s still working on her overall recovery. In addition, Bill is dealing with a significant issue with his back.
Jen and Bill recently were sharing updates on social media regarding a surgery he needed, leaving fans feeling very worried. Though some posts from Jen and Bill incorporated their typical strength and sense of humor, but it’s clear this was a very serious situation.
The preview for the new season indicates that Bill’s surgery was related to his back issue and it was not a simple fix. Clearly the filming isn’t happening too far ahead of the episodes airing, as the last Jen and Bill shared, they had recently returned home and he was working on his recovery.
Despite their continuing health challenges, there are happy times ahead for The Little Couple family as well. Both Will and Zoey are adjusting to life with Bill and Jen and there are birthdays, baptisms and family anniversaries ahead. Viewers will get to see fun everyday activities like hopscotch, fishing and horseback riding along with the start of preschool and some family celebrations.
After Arnold’s cancer battle, the family said they were looking ahead to a year of just living a regular life. Unfortunately it seems that Bill’s back issues threw a wrench in that plan, but it does look like The Little Couple viewers will also see Jen’s follow-up appointment to check and ensure that her cancer is still at bay.
While there will be some tough times this season, The Little Couple preview indicates that there will be many fabulous times ahead as well. Jen recently shared pictures of Zoey and Will from Halloween and teased that fans would get a sneak peek at it all Tuesday night on TLC. Fans scrambled looking for new episodes on their schedules, but it seems there may just be a sneak peek during 19 Kids & Counting or something of that nature.
The wait for new episodes won’t be long now and fans can’t wait. The announcement on the show’s Facebook page almost immediately drew more than 100,000 “likes,” as viewers have been very anxious for a specific return date. The new season of The Little Couple premieres on TLC on Tuesday, December 2.
