‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Jax Taylor Dishes On Season Three Drama, Stassi Schroeder’s “Toxic” Relationship

Vanderpump Rules‘ third season debuted on Bravo on Monday night, and while the cast was on the outs after season two, cast member Jax Taylor claims they are in a much better place this time around.

“Life’s too short to hold grudges,” Taylor said during a November 3 interview with Entertainment Weekly.

During the last few episode of Vanderpump Rules season three, fans discovered Taylor and cast member Kristen Doute had slept together. Although two members of the cast sleeping together is hardly news, this hookup was especially scandalous because Taylor was on-and-off with Stassi Schroeder at the time, and Doute was dating Tom Sandoval, one of Taylor’s best friends.

“We’re still trying to mend our relationships. Obviously, things aren’t back to 100 percent, but it’s going in a good direction,” Taylor said of her relationship with Sandoval. “Our group of friends have been friends for 10 years! This is really our lives. I wish to God our show was scripted. This is really our lives. This is really how we live.”

In sneak peeks at season three of Vanderpump Rules as reported by the Inquisitr, fans are seeing a possible cheating scandal between Sandoval and his new girlfriend, Ariana Madix, who came aboard the show as a full-time cast member during season three. “Some way I get dragged back into all this, and they somehow make it my fault,” Taylor said of the lover’s quarrel.

When it comes to his own relationship or relationships, Taylor has been quite busy — dating two women at once. “One of them works out and one of them doesn’t,” Taylor explained of what fans can expect to see. “As of today, everything is really good.”

Taylor will also be reunited with his ex-girlfriend, Stassi Schroeder, during Vanderpump Rules season three. However, Schroeder no longer works with Taylor and the rest of the cast at SUR.

“I’m glad she’s back,” Taylor said. “As much as she hates me, I have no animosity or any hate towards her. I want her to do well – I hope she’s happy. I don’t think she’s happy. I think she’s really confused. I think she’s in a relationship that’s toxic right now. I dated a different Stassi, she was a completely different girl. I have no idea who she is anymore, I don’t think she even knows, and her friends don’t know who she is. I hope she figures it out soon because she’s doing a lot of damage.”

In a separate interview via the Inquisitr, Taylor hinted at a possible confrontation with Schroeder. “I haven’t spoken to Stassi in quite some time,” he explained to Hollywood Life. “I’ve dated. She has a new boyfriend. I wish the best for her…but I haven’t spoken to her, but we just started filming so I’m assuming we’ll have some kind of confrontation at some point. To be totally honest with you, I haven’t seen Stassi probably since our [Season 2] reunion and that’s the truth.”

Vanderpump Rules airs on Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
