Teresa Giudice Will Return To ‘RHONJ’ For Season 7 [Report]

Despite rumors to the contrary, Teresa Giudice will reportedly return to Bravo for a seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

According to a source, Giudice and her family will film for the next couple of months, leading up to her entering prison on January 5. In addition, the family is allegedly seeking top dollar for their appearance.

“It was a no brainer for Teresa to decide to do the show, because she obviously needs the money to pay off mounting debts,” a source told Radar Online on November 3. “The producers were thrilled, because it will result in a ratings bonanza.”

On October 2, Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, appeared in front of a judge to address several charges of fraud, which had been brought against them one year prior. During court, Giudice was sentenced to 15 months behind bars, while Joe received a 41-month sentence. Luckily for the couple’s daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5, they aren’t required to serve their terms at the same time. Instead, Giudice will serve first, followed by Joe.

As they begin their contract negotiations, Teresa Giudice and her husband are reportedly doing what they can to get themselves and their girls the highest pay possible.

“Teresa is using the girls as leverage to get more money,” the source said. “She knows viewers will want to see how they are coping with the fallout from their parents’ legal problems.”

Just last week, Radar Online reported Teresa Giudice had said the currently airing sixth season reunion would be her last.

While speaking to host Andy Cohen, Giudice said, “You’re going to make me cry, Andy. This is probably going to be my last reunion.”

Also during the reunion, as the Inquisitr reported, Giudice stormed off set.

“I don’t want to be out there for that conversation. To me, family doesn’t act like that. What my aunt said is very inappropriate,” Giudice was reportedly heard saying in a sneak peek at the special. “I’m going through a lot and I needed a break.”

On Sunday, the Inquisitr reported Cohen will visit Giudice once she enters her prison term.

“The truth is I would like to,” he explained. “If it would make her happy and make her life better then I’d certainly go there.”
