‘Furious 7’: Here’s The First Official Trailer And Why You Should Be Excited
The first official trailer for the highly-anticipated 2015 film Furious 7 has been released.
The moment that Fast and Furious fans and critics have been waiting for finally arrived on Saturday.
E! Online was able to debut the official trailer during an hour-long presentation, “Livestream from Furious 7.” Throughout the presentation, Maria Menounos and Terrence Jenkins kept things moving.
First, the red carpet premiere showed footage of the majority of the Furious 7 cast arriving and greeting the fans. Terrence also interviewed some of the guests with trivia questions about the past six movies of the Fast and Furious blockbuster franchise.
The entire broadcast was centered around Fast and Furious. Even the “commercial breaks” were behind-the-scenes clips, featurettes, and some of the footage that has been revealed throughout the week on the official Facebook page.
Aside from the release of the trailer for the movie, a major highlight from the presentation was when the cast sat down with Terrence and Maria for an interview.
All of the cast continued to talk about the love and support that they received from the fans and how that support has driven the blockbuster Fast and Furious franchise from the very beginning.
However, the cast kept coming back to the fact that their “objective” was to make this particular movie “special” and “the best of the franchise” for Paul Walker (aka Brian O’Connor) to honor his memory.

Towards the end of the interview, when asked if the rumors of Furious 7 being a revenge movie were true, actress Michelle Rodriguez was very quick to reject those rumors. Rodriguez stated that Furious 7 is something completely “different,” and emotionally uttered, “This one’s for Paul.”
