When it comes to booty-licious bodies, Jennifer Lopez is the reigning champion. Now J. Lo has enhanced her curvy body with a vegan weight loss plan, and the actress/singer/dancer is earning applause for the results. Jennifer proudly flaunted her fabulous figure by wearing an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny bikini, which she shared on Instagram, reported E! News.
At 45, Lopez knows what she loves. And it’s all about those hot, sunny days of summer, which she cherishes as a self-described “July baby.”

As one of the three American Idol judges, Jennifer is currently involved in the famous Hollywood Week challenge for the show. But she took time to join her booty-twerking partner Iggy Azalea onstage to reproduce their twerk fest, revealed the Mirror. Watch below just what happens when the two team up.
For Hollywood Week, Lopez has learned to set aside her desire to praise everyone and focus on separating the real contenders from the wanna-be contestants. And when someone is really bad, Jennifer signals her fellow judges Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr., she told Entertainment Tonight.
“I just pinch them,” admitted Lopez.
As to rumors that Jennifer might head to Las Vegas? J. Lo carefully refused to confirm or deny when asked which city she could choose in which to perform.
“I was thinking New York, but I think you’re talking about someone else,” she laughed. “We have no announcement to make right now.”
Where does she get all that energy for her multiple responsibilities? Jennifer is a believer in plant-based diets for weight loss and health. In addition, she works out regularly with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, as the Inquisitr revealed.
Tracy and J. Lo work out for an hour at a time, dividing their exercises into 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of toning. Anderson is diligent about defining her client’s derriere and boosting her energy.
“Her workouts have to give her the ability to have endurance for the show. We don’t want to change her sexy body and wanted to design a workout to keep her sexy butt toned.”
Jennifer’s vegan diet helped her go from a size four to a size two. A typical day of her meat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free diet includes millet cereal with fruit for breakfast, topped with almond milk, and a kale salad for lunch. Dinner features pasta made with zucchini and tomatoes. And to satisfy her sweet tooth, J. Lo nibbles on vegan cherry chocolate energy bars.
