Jessa Duggar Wedding Details Revealed: ’19 Kids And Counting’ Nuptials Just Days Away
Ben Seewald and Jessa Duggar’s 19 Kids & Counting wedding is just days away, as the two are slated to wed on November 1. Details regarding Ben and Jessa’s wedding are emerging, and fans can’t wait to hear more. Though the big day will surely be captured by TLC cameras, fans are anxious to get the scoop now.
Us Weekly shares Ben and Jessa’s wedding invitation. It seems to be a casual style of invitation, not terribly different from what Jessa’s sister Jill Duggar did for her wedding to Derick Dillard this past June. Jessa and Ben’s ceremony is set to take place at 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the First Baptist Church in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is a different location than what Jill and Derick chose, and there are other signs that the two Duggar ladies have chosen different styles for their wedding.
As E! Online notes, Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald wanted to keep their wedding fairly simple. They courted for about 11 months before getting engaged in August, and clearly they decided once they were engaged, they wanted to move quickly into going ahead and getting married.
Jessa, 21, and Ben, 19, are following a similar path as older sister Jill in at least one respect: the couple will share their first kiss after they exchange wedding vows. Duggar said she chose the second dress she tried on, and most of the rest of the details have been in place for a bit now.
Jill and Derick’s wedding had about 1,000 guests and will finally air Tuesday night on TLC. As 19 Kids & Counting fans know, the Dillards are already expecting their first baby and they just revealed it’s a boy. Jill got pregnant just weeks after the wedding and she is due in the spring. Jessa and Ben have talked about starting a family as well, but so far it hasn’t sounded as if they are necessarily planning to jump in quite as quickly as Jill and Derick have.
How closely will Jessa and Ben’s wedding mirror that of Jill and Derick’s? It does seem that the two have pretty different tastes, and it’s not known quite yet if the guest list is as large. Surely there will be TLC cameras along for the ride though. Jill recently indicated that filming is currently taking place for the next season, which will surely focus on both Jill’s pregnancy and Jessa’s wedding.
