Juan Pablo Galavis And Nikki Ferrell Split: She’s Reportedly Done With ‘The Bachelor’ Beau
Have The Bachelor 2014 stars Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell split? Tongues started wagging Sunday after some social media posts from the two, and now there seems to be confirmation of a Juan Pablo and Nikki breakup.
Us Weekly says that multiple sources have confirmed to them that Galavis and Ferrell have split. While the two have yet to officially share the news themselves via social media, the messages seemed pretty clear on Sunday. Nikki Ferrell’s Instagram post about spending time on people not worth the effort followed up Juan Pablo Galavis’ post about sometimes winning and sometimes losing, both of which made The Bachelor fans wonder.
Now Us Weekly says that ultimately it was Ferrell who broke things off with Galavis. They note that the split was not mutual, though some The Bachelor fans would say that this was a long time coming. Fans also noticed that the two unfollowed one another on Twitter and Instagram. Apparently, Juan Pablo unfollowed, then followed, then again unfollowed Ferrell at various times Sunday and Monday. Now, however, it’s looking like this is a done deal.
Juan Pablo Galavis and Ferrell are currently appearing on Couples Therapy, and there were a good number of The Bachelor fans who figured an official split would come after the finale of the show. It did not seem that things were going well for Nikki and Juan Pablo. For whatever reason, it seems Nikki decided she needed to be done now rather than wait.
People confirms the back-and-forth following and unfollowing on Twitter and Instagram between Nikki and Juan Pablo. While Ferrell’s unfollowing seemed to stick immediately, Galavis is said to have indeed followed and unfollowed his former flame a bit before letting it go.
Nikki always said she was uncomfortable in the spotlight while Juan Pablo relished it. That was, most would imagine, only one of many problems Galavis and Ferrell faced in trying to make their The Bachelor relationship work. Juan Pablo and Nikki did have their supporters, but ultimately many of the show’s fans figured this split was going to happen. The only surprise, some would say, is that it didn’t happen sooner.
Fans may or may not end up with an official confirmation coming from The Bachelor couple, but so far neither party is trying to debunk the breakup buzz. Could they find their way back to one another? At this point, there doesn’t seem to be much reason to think that’s a possibility as it would appear that the Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell split is a rocky one.
