DNC Chairman Schultz: Republicans Are Scarier Than ISIS Or Ebola [Video]
You can’t make this stuff up. The chairman of the Democratic National Committee is now on record saying that Republicans are scarier than either the Ebola virus or ISIS, the Islamic terrorist group responsible for the beheading of journalists, massacre of entire villages, and the rape of hundreds of women and little girls. Perhaps, she missed those headlines?
Breitbart reports that on the October 26 edition of CNN’s “State of the Union,” host Candy Crowley attempted to clarify comments by Debbie Wasserman Schultz by saying, “It seems that the Democrats’ overall message is yes, ISIS is scary. Yes, Ebola is scary but Republicans are a lot scarier.”
Instead of backing up when she saw what an extreme position the host presented, Schultz dove right in with, “Well, that’s right.” As the Daily Caller reports, she continued her rant against a Republican candidate. As she did so, she made it painfully obvious that she hasn’t paid the slightest bit of attention to what the ISIS butchers are doing to women on a daily basis.
“Well, that’s right. Cory Gardner is a sponsor of a bill that would prevent women from being able to get access to make their own reproductive choices even in the case of rape or incest.”
ISIS has demonstrated that they don’t care at all about the reproductive choices of women, or for that matter, if their female victims are still breathing, but perhaps Schultz has missed all that pesky news while she has been busy stumping for Democratic candidates?
Here are just a few headlines that The Inquisitr has reported recently. These are only a tiny fraction of the thousands that have circulated around the world.
- ISIS Puts Price Tag On Girls Who Won’t Convert To Islam, Sells Them As Sex Slaves
- New ISIS Magazine Justifies Rape, Slavery, Pillaging, And Murder Using God
- ISIS Father Enthusiastically Stones Own Daughter To Death For Committing Adultery In Syria
- Yazidi Sex Slave Wants West To Bomb Her Brothel After ISIS Rapes Her 30 Times In A Few Hours
- The ISIS Has The Shameless Audacity To Justify Selling Thousands Of Yazidi Women As Sex-Slaves
Those all happened just this month.
So, again, Ms. Schultz, how exactly are any Republicans scarier for women and their reproductive choices than ISIS? My understanding is that sex slaves aren’t given choices as to who, how, or when. Correct me if I am wrong, but rape implies lack of choice, as well, does it not? Or do you consider being Pro-life scarier than selling women into slavery and raping children?
Cory Gardner’s position is at least consistent with pro-life values, which considers that, regardless of how a baby is conceived, it doesn’t hurt that tiny person any less to have his or her arms and legs ripped off or to have drugs that kill it slowly and painfully. Death is just as real and painful for a rape-conceived baby as it is for the baby conceived after a happy night of love-making with a boyfriend. If one holds to the philosophy that abortion is the taking of a life, then the life is just as real no matter the circumstances of its conception.
I am going to have to disagree with Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s opinion that Republicans are scarier than Ebola or ISIS. Whatever your reasons for not liking Republicans, Debbie’s venomous delusions shouldn’t be one of them. Unfortunately, Wasserman Schultz has made dozens of equally vile comments about Republicans during her tenure as head of the DNC, and this latest barrage of character assassination and fear mongering makes a mockery of intelligent debate. And so it goes with the ever articulate Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
