WWE: CM Punk And AJ Lee Reveal What They Do In Their Alone Time
Ever-present in the mind of the WWE, CM Punk and AJ Lee have gained a lot of attention primarily because no one knows exactly what they are up to, not even friends in the WWE.
In a related report by The Inquisitr, when a WWE fan intruded on CM Punk and AJ Lee’s personal time at a hockey game, it’s claimed by the fan that he essentially was given a large dose of the Punk attitude (which was probably preferable to a fist or a GTS).
Instead of aging like fine wine, it has been claimed that the relationship between the WWE and CM Punk has only become worse with time, growing nasty like beer left out to rot. The WWE management has reportedly been nabbing CM Punk signs from fans, and it “was also said that WWE is probably going to now be going out of their way to make sure nobody is bringing attention to the fact that Punk is no longer around.”
Worse, a rumor started that AJ Lee wasn’t on Total Divas due to her famous husband, and Vince McMahon and Triple H were essentially punishing CM Punk indirectly. There was also a related rumor that Vince McMahon’s “rule” for Total Divas would have prevented Lee from being the Diva. Fortunately, it appears both rumors are false, and AJ Lee says it was her decision to not be involved in Total Divas.
AJ also made the decision because she doesn’t like having people delve into her personal life.
“It’s been well documented for the second season they tried to get me on board. I’m not interested in being famous. I’m interested in doing my job and doing it well and that’s wrestling and that’s what I love. I could do it, but I wouldn’t do it. I’m just happy being who I am on TV two days a week and on live events and then going into my private life, and into my little hole in the middle of nowhere and having no one talk to me about my private life,” she said, according to Turnbuckle Weekly. “As for me. No, I like having people know the AJ I play on TV, on RAW, and I go home and I get inside so no one talks to me.”
Presumably, that would not include her husband, CM Punk, although perhaps they enjoy staring at the boob tube together like many Americans, which is fairly quiet. If you watch their Twitter accounts, it seems like they’re just catching up on watching movies. They’ve also been discussing the events of The Walking Dead off and on. CM Punk also claims his wife is a screamer.
“Of anybody in Des Moines was alarmed by that blood cuddling scream just now, that was just my wife watching @WalkingDead_AMC @WWEAJLee”
Recently, 105.3 THE FAN interviewed AJ Lee in order to promote Hell in a Cell 2014, but she also talked a lot about other subjects, including how Kane is really a “lovable teddy bear that everyone loves so much,” and “there is not one person that does not like him.” Otherwise, she talked about how she does not watch many sports, but CM Punk converted her into a hockey fan. This pretty much explains in a nutshell why all the recent CM Punk sightings have always been at Blackhawks games.
The married couple has also been spotted out and about exercising together. While not many photos have surfaced of their private lives, we do know they enjoy going on a jog together. They’ve also been spotted bowling and at baseball games, so they like to stay active.
Except for these few hints here and there, not much else is known about what CM Punk and AJ Lee do with their free time. But the good news is that they seem to be having their “happily ever after” away from the limelight of the WWE Universe.
