Is Dina Manzo Quitting ‘The Real Housewives Of New Jersey?’

Dina Manzo may be quitting The Real Housewives of New Jersey for the second time. Just weeks after wrapping the sixth season of the Bravo reality show, Manzo appears to be unsure of a Season 7 return.

On Twitter, a fan of the series asked Manzo, “I know you can’t comment but can you at least say if you have any interest in returning next season?” In response, Manzo told the fan, “NONE!”

“My soul can’t be around horrible people,” Manzo explained, according to an October 22 report by Radar Online.

Although Manzo didn’t confirm which “horrible people” she was referring to, many have speculated she could have been referring to Jacqueline Laurita. When Manzo signed on to return The Real Housewives of New Jersey for Season 7, it was reportedly on grounds that Laurita wasn’t on board, and at the time, she wasn’t. However, weeks into production, Bravo brought Laurita back, and now she’s allegedly been upgraded to a full-time housewife for seasons seven.

Following Season 6, Manzo sounded off on Bravo producers for editing scenes to make it look like she and her longtime friend, Teresa Giudice, were feuding. As The Inquisitr reported, Manzo created a video blog to set the record straight.

“You never know what scenes they’re gonna use; I know what I filmed and I know what I said with Teresa. And I know what she was being really stubborn about,” Manzo explained in the blog, via Reality Tea, earlier this month. “Basically Teresa [Aprea] wanted an apology from Teresa [Giudice], not for doing anything wrong per se, but just like … for getting in the middle of things. My thing for Teresa [Giudice] was, ‘Girl – this is not your issue. This is between Victoria Gotti and Teresa [Aprea] and Rino. Just say you’re sorry for getting in the middle and just move on.’ Because it got me in the middle, and it just started a whole buncha ruckus.”

According to The Inquisitr, Andy Cohen spoke to former housewife Caroline Manzo during a recent Watch What Happens Live: Clubhouse Special, revealing his “fantasy” cast for the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. In addition to Dina Manzo, Cohen said he’d like to see all the originals, including Danielle Staub, return to the show.
