Watch Liverpool Vs. Real Madrid Football Live Online In Champions League First Round
When you watch Liverpool vs. Real Madrid on Wednesday, you will see whether or not Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. can erase that ghost that hangs over them whenever they play the Premier League club. Los Blancos have never won against The Reds and Carlo Ancelotti’s team is more than ready to avenge the pummeling of 2009, when Real lost 4-0.
Real Madrid led by the Portuguese superstar is tearing up La Liga as well as international competition so far this season, and they don’t show any signs that it is coming to an end. However, the Spanish club suffered a setback this past weekend when one of their main stars, Welshman Gareth Bale, suffered an injury and was ruled out of this Champions League first round.
It remains to be seen how Real Madrid will adjust without Bale, one of the key pieces to the club’s much feared offense — which also includes Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, and newcomers James Rodriguez, and Toni Kroos, among others. Bale will be missed, but with so much depth Los Blancos should have no problem figuring out a strategy.
Those fans who watch Liverpool vs. Real Madrid live online will bear witness to Ronaldo’s attempts to continue his rule on the football field. So far the striker has been mind blowing and continues to break all sorts of records; however, he has never scored against The Reds in Antfield, which should make him even more motivated to do so.
The match promises to be an intense one, as the two European giants clash in the hopes of moving on and collecting more hardware for their respective clubs. But Liverpool is not taking anything for granted, even if they have owned Real Madrid in the past and Phil Neville said they will need a “famous Anfield night” to secure a positive result, while Mark Lawrenson believes without the injured Daniel Sturridge the Reds will have to “pack the midfield,” the BBC reports.
Real Madrid’s Ronaldo is not a stranger to the Premier League after spending six-year’s at Liverpool’s arch enemies turf, Manchester United. Ancelotti has warned Liverpool fans not to boo Cristiano — who has never scored in Antfield — as it won’t do them any good but added the striker will be even more motivated to get a win for Los Blancos.
