Val Chmerkovskiy And Janel Parrish Take Lie Detector Test, Talk Dating And Kissing [Video]

Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish have such incredible chemistry on Dancing with the Stars that they’ve fueled a flurry of dating rumors.

The dance partners recently appeared on Access Hollywood together, and hosts Kit Hoover and Billy Bush decided that simply asking Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish to respond to the dating rumors wasn’t good enough — after all, the DWTS competitors could easily lie about their relationship status. So to make sure that Val and Janel told nothing but the truth, they were hooked up to a lie detector machine. However, it’s important to note that the machine was just a questionable-looking wooden box with two handles and a gauge.

Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish’s awkward interview began after a video montage of some of their steamiest Dancing with the Stars moments. It included plenty of kisses, cuddles, and shirtless-ness. Janel and Val got caught lying when they said that they’ve never gone out to dinner together, so they did eventually admit to sharing a meal.

There’s even photographic evidence of a recent dinner date. As The Inquisitr previously reported, Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish went out on a double date with Val’s brother Maks and his DWTS Season 18 partner, ice dancer Meryl Davis. Val and Maks shared photos of the group date on their Instagram accounts, and Val revealed that he considers Meryl and Janel his “family” in the caption of the Instagram photo below.

Things got really naughty on the Access Hollywood set when Billy Bush asked Janel Parrish if Val Chmerkovskiy has ever made an appearance in her dreams. Poor Val seemed a bit taken aback and when she quickly and emphatically said “No.”

When the lie detector showed her answer to be a lie, Janel said that maybe Val has shown up in a “dancing dream.” Chmerkovskiy’s feelings were obviously hurt, because he totally dissed Parrish when he was asked the same question.

“Not a dream. A few nightmares.”

The dance partners were also asked about how much they touch each other after their rigorous rehearsals, and Val Chmerkovskiy tried to say that he’s scored a full-body massage from Janel Parrish. The Pretty Little Liars star contended that she’s only given her partner a back rub, but there’s video evidence of Parrish massaging Chmerkovskiy’s abs. During an Us Weekly interview, she bragged about getting to touch Val’s ripped bod.

“Girls across America are very jealous right now — I’m rubbing Val’s abs. They feel nice!”

During the lie detector test, Val tried to claim that he’s never purposely kissed his Dancing with the Stars partner on the lips, but he explained why it accidentally happens all the time.

“Her face is just so small and her lips are so big that anywhere I try to kiss is going to land somewhere on her lips.”

Chmerkovskiy complained when Parrish denied that she has romantic feelings for him, saying that she “rushed” her answer, and lie detector official Buddy said that her response was “very questionable.” Val somewhat jokingly confessed that he has romantic feelings for Janel Parrish, and both DWTS competitors said “No” together when they were asked if they’re dating.

Janel Parrish might not be dating Val Chmerkovskiy at the moment, but the Pretty Little Liars star did just become available. As Hollywood Life reports, Payson Lewis and Janel Parrish recently split after dating for a year and a half. Lewis announced the breakup news on Instagram, and there’s already speculation that Janel’s sexy DWTS partner had something to do with the split. The Val romance rumors could be true, or perhaps Payson decided to end things because he’s jealous of how touchy-feely Parrish and Chmerkovskiy are.
