Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry: Berry Demands Judge Reduce Child Support Payments For Lazy Ex

Halle Berry is on the warpath again. This time she’s demanding that the judge reduce child support payments to her ex and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. According to the latest report by TMZ, Halle Berry is sick and tired of paying Aubrey $16,000 per month in child support money for him to sit on his bum. That’s right — according to Berry, Gabriel Aubry has ceased working, and is content with living off of her monthly check!

Documents filed in court show that Halle Berry is asking the judge to reduce the child support payments from $16,000 per month to just $3,000 per month, TMZ states. The papers continue that with the reduction in payments, 6-year-old daughter Nahla can still live “a comfortable life supplemented by his income.” Berry was ordered to pay the whopping total of $16,000 in child support payments to ex-boyfriend and model Gabriel Aubry back in June of this year, Inquisitr reported.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry, once a loving couple, have been battling back and forth over custody since their separation in 2010. By November 2012, tension and anger had bubbled to the surface — leading to a huge physical fight between Berry, Gabriel, and Berry’s man Oliver Martinez after Gabriel showed up at the star’s home over the Thanksgiving holiday, according to the The Huffington Post.

If the judge grants Halle Berry the reduction in child support payments, it will force Gabe to return to work.
