Demi Lovato Tells Nick Jonas To Keep It In His Pants: Is She Body-Shaming The Jo Bro?

Demi Lovato thinks that Nick Jonas shouldn’t show off so much of his body.

Demi shared her thoughts about the Jo Bro’s recent Flaunt magazine photo shoot during an interview with Access Hollywood. Lovato admitted that her “Avalanche” collaborator has amazing abs, but she doesn’t think that he should flaunt anything below the belt.

“He looks really buff and he looks awesome,” Demi Lovato said of his racy photos. “But, he needs to like keep that sh*t in his pants! I don’t want to see that. Come on man.”

According to Styleite, Nick Jonas’ Flaunt photo shoot didn’t just include shirtless shots — the Jo Bro also pulled down his pants and grabbed his crotch bulge. Luckily for Demi, he kept his Calvin Kleins on. Nick also showed off a little butt cleavage in one of the pictures.

Obviously, Demi Lovato was just joking about telling Jonas to cover his body up — she of all people would never body-shame another star. As The Inquisitr previously reported, Demi feels “sad” that she spent so many years hating her body. Lovato now tirelessly works to convince others to be comfortable in the skin that they’re in.

Demi Lovato is continuing to spread her message about self-love with “Really Don’t Care,” an empowering song that fits perfectly with her new anti-bullying campaign. According to the New York Daily News, Lovato has teamed up with the Tyler Clementi Foundation to help raise awareness of the horrible impact bullying can have on young people. She explained why it’s a cause so close to her heart.

“I know how it feels to be bullied and it’s not a fun experience. It can really damage you mentally and no one should have to go through that, ever.”

Demi has known the Jonas Brothers for a long time, so she probably knew that Nick wouldn’t see her joke about his naughty bits as a form of body-shaming or bullying. She’s even still close with her ex, Joe Jonas. Lovato reunited with her former flame last month for a Camp Rock reunion, and she told Entertainment Tonight that her current boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, is actually responsible for her continued friendship with Joe.

“I’ve stayed friends with Joe throughout the years, and what’s funny is that it’s actually Wilmer’s idea.”

Demi Lovato and the From Dusk Till Dawn star have been going strong for a while now after years of being in an on-again, off-again relationship. Demi revealed that Wilmer Valderrama is her celebrity crush, and she gushed about how incredible her boyfriend is.

“Wilmer is one of the most incredible people on the planet.”
