Hayden Christensen And Very Pregnant Rachel Bilson Making Last Minute Baby Preparations

Hayden Christensen is about to become a dad, and the actor was seen with his very pregnant girlfriend Rachel Bilson picking up some last-minute items to make their home baby-ready.

This week the couple was spotted at a Lowe’s Home Improvement in Los Angeles making a late baby run. Bilson was seen wearing loose black overalls that covered her baby bump, and went for comfort over style with a pair of gray flip-flops sandals.

They were later seen leaving the store with a new electric washer.

Hayden and his 33-year-old girlfriend are reportedly thrilled to become parents. In fact, the couple has been preparing for the role for a long time, friends say.

“She’s wanted [motherhood] for a long time and is going to be an amazing mom,” a source recently told Us Weekly. “Everyone is ecstatic for her.”

News of the couple’s pregnancy first went public back in May, though the notoriously private couple didn’t say much about it publicly. Sources close to them said they had been planning on having kids for quite some time.

“They’ve both talked about this for awhile and are so excited. Everyone is beyond thrilled for them,” a source told US Weekly.

The couple reportedly has some very unique ideas about their delivery. At her baby shower, Rachel asked guests to bring birth beads instead of gifts, and had each person give her a piece of advice and a blessing along with their bead.

“She will use the beads for strength during labor,” a source said.

Rachel Bilson had actually been dropping hints for quite some time that she and Hayden Christensen wanted kids. Back in 2013, the Hart of Dixie actress told Cosmopolitan that she was more than ready to have kids.

“I definitely have family on the brain,” she said. “Having kids is something I want to see in my future—I hope.”

Now Rachel Bilson can see kids in her very near future. She and Hayden Christensen are due to welcome their first child in just a few weeks.
