Really? Selena Gomez Split With Justin Bieber Over ‘Secret’ Texts & Meets With Kendall Jenner
Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and Kendall Jenner have been hit by new, all guns blazing tabloid stories claiming the “It” model is behind the couple’s alleged split.
In Touch Weekly previously falsely claimed the actress-singer miscarried Bieber’s baby in 2012, also falsely claiming the starlet kicked her parents out of her house amid a string of other baseless stories.
Now the magazine has once again inserted itself into Bieber and Gomez’s relationship.
Specifically, In Touch alleges the 20-year-old “Confident” singer and 22-year-old “Come & Get It” songstress broke up because the “livid” Latina dumped him after finding out Justin dined with Kendall behind her back when the trio attended Paris Fashion Week.
The outlet claims there were other secret meets. But its definition of “secret” may need a rethink.
To recap: Justin took supermodel pal Kendall to dinner at Paris’ Ferdi restaurant Tuesday, September 30.
In a video subsequently posted by another diner, the pair’s meet came across as a catch-up between two friends, not the “intimate” meal most gossip sites are billing it as.
In fact, In Touch’s claim that Justin and Kendall’s highly public dinner was a secret seems laughable, given that paparazzi followed and filmed the singer picking up the 18-year-old in a showy, chauffeured Rolls Royce — in broad daylight — to take her for a bite to eat.
It’s claimed Justin didn’t tell Selena he was going to dinner with Kendall, but allegedly said he was eating out with his security and arranged to meet Gomez at the starry CR Fashion Book party later that Tuesday.
In Touch claims an insider says when Selena discovered her beau had “lied” to her “she went crazy.”
“Selena was absolutely livid when she found out Justin had dinner with Kendall. He lied to her about it,” the rag’s mole purportedly added.
“She was so angry that she changed her flight to come back to LA two days early and told him their relationship was over — again.”
Justin and Selena evidently avoided being snapped together at the Fashion Book soiree, which isn’t that unusual for them at events. In contrast, he was photographed many times with Kendall, mom Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian-West.
The next day, a solo Selena jetted back to Los Angeles, hours later unfollowing Justin on Instagram after firing off two tweets.
“Sometimes we think we aren’t good enough. But then I realize when I think I’m alone I have God,” she tweeted on October 1, adding then deleting, “We have to learn the hard way sometimes.”

Referring back to Selena’s famous unfollowing of Kendall and then 16-year-old sister Kylie after partying with them at the Coachella Festival back in April and later tabloid claims that Justin and the sisters flirted, an alleged insider made a statement to In Touch.
“She [SelGo] told Justin she wanted to have nothing to do with them — that meant he had to cut them off, too.”
The alleged source supposedly said there were problems in Jelena’s relationship when the Biebs did not do so.
“It turns out Justin has been texting Kendall the whole time and Paris wasn’t the first time they secretly had dinner together,” they added, notably not mentioning that Bieber sources have previously said the singer and Jenner have been pals for years.
In Touch claims an insider revealed, “Justin admitted it and insists they’re just friends, but Selena doesn’t believe him, and they had a screaming match over it. She feels completely humiliated.”
Now, Justin “wants her back,” and apparently that was the reason for his October 5 post-then-delete of an Instagram snap of Selena kissing his shoulder.
“Justin has this amazing way of working his way back into her life,” the nameless source claims. “She is completely weak when it comes to him. No-one would be surprised if she went back. It’s like an addiction. She deserves better.”
The magazine is also claiming a Jenners’ source revealed, “Kendall just loves that she got something over on Selena.”
Allegedly adding, “It’s ugly behavior.”

Meanwhile, Justin is in Italy with his dad Jeremy while Selena attended the screening for the William H. Macy directed Rudderless in L.A on Tuesday.
E! Online reports Selena is being urged by BFF Taylor Swift to move to New York City.
“I’d love to spend time in New York,” the pretty brunette told E! before the premiere. “I’ve always said that I want to have a love affair and live there.”
“Taylor has been begging me to live there,” Gomez reveals, then added, “She’s like, ‘It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.’ Everyone always says I’m more New York when they meet me so maybe it would be good for me. I don’t spend enough time there.”
To round off this heap of gossip, Us Weekly is claiming Gomez found flirty text messages from Kendall on Justin’s phone during their Caribbean holiday in St Martin.
It’s claiming this was the reason behind Selena throwing her bag down at an airport at St. Maarten on September 29, when she and Justin were making their way to Paris. “Selena doesn’t trust her motives — they fought and split.”
True, false, somewhere in between? It’s probably best to consider the source. Apparently, they’re a dime a dozen.
