‘RHONJ’ Reunion: Teresa Giudice Cancels Appearance, Tells Fans To ‘Stay Tuned’
Bravo is filming the Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 reunion on Sunday, one day before Joe and Teresa Giudice‘s one-on-one special airs on Andy Cohen’s show, Watch What Happens Live. Rumors that Teresa will not show up for the taping are circulating online after the RHONJ star tweeted about canceling an appearance this week.
Teresa, who is headed to prison on January 5, sent out her first tweet on Sunday after remaining silent for almost a week. Despite the rumors about Giudice being a no-show at the RHONJ reunion, her tweet was related to a scheduled appearance to promote Fabellini Wine at Bibi’z Restaurant and Lounge in New Jersey.
Hi, I just want to be clear there will be no Fabellini appearance this week. Stay Tune for further appearance announcements.

The restaurant also tweeted about her cancellation at Wine’d Down Wednesdays event, where the reality star was supposed to sign bottles of Fabellini wine for anyone who purchased a bottle with their meal.
Dear Friends, Unfortunately, Teresa Giudice will be unable to join us. We wish her, her family and all of our fans the very best. — Bibi’z Lounge (@bibizlounge) October 4, 2014
So far, this is the only cancellation that Teresa is planning before she heads to federal prison. E! News confirms that Giudice will tape the reunion show with fellow cast members Dina Manzo, Amber Marchese, Melissa Gorga, Nicole Napolitano, and Teresa Aprea.
Her husband, Joe, who will head to prison for more than three years after Teresa serves her time, is not expected to be present at the reunion taping. Radar Online previously reported the Joe told Bravo that he wanted $30,000 to appear alongside Teresa, or he wouldn’t show up.
“But being fully aware that Bravo needs both he and Teresa to appear on the reunion, Joe is demanding that he get $30,000. If Bravo doesn’t want to pay him as much, he just won’t be there.”
The taping is part of Teresa’s contract, so there is no doubt the network did not pay her anything extra to film on Sunday. Whether Joe will show up is still unknown, but he’ll have plenty of time to speak on the WWHL special set to air Monday at 9 p.m. ET.
How much of the Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 reunion will be focused on Teresa and Joe’s upcoming prison sentences? Considering they aren’t the only cast members on the show and Andy is already giving the couple time to talk about their new convicted felon status on WWHL, it’s hopeful that fans will get to see more than just a rehashing of the couple’s legal troubles on the reunion.
