The Clooney wedding created a buzz all weekend, with multiple photos of the couple popping up online before and after the wedding. The actor managed to keep his bride hidden from public view during Saturday’s wedding, although the happy couple cheesed it up for cameras after spending the night in wedded bliss at the Aman Canal Grande resort.
The actual wedding day photos were not released to the two magazines until Tuesday, the day after George and Amal officially tied the knot in a civil ceremony in Venice.

How does George Clooney, who is no longer Hollywood’s Most Eligible Bachelor, feel about being married to human rights attorney Amal Alamuddin? In an interview with Hello, he revealed that it was “damned great” to be husband and wife.
“My verdict on being Mr. and Mrs. Clooney? It feels pretty damn great.”
Hello reports that Amal wore a custom Oscar de la Renta wedding gown, a classic off-the-shoulder bridal gown made from French lace and embroidered with pearls and diamanté accents. George’s bride topped off her wedding-day look with a cathedral-length veil.
George wore a black Armani tuxedo, white shirt and bow tie. He finished his look with cufflinks that undoubtedly have extra special meaning to the groom. Yahoo! reports that the cufflinks Clooney wore on Saturday have with his name inscribed in Arabic, a gift from his new wife.
