Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe have submitted a final plea before their Oct. 2 court date. The Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars have reportedly asked the judge in their case to throw out “sentencing letters” written by “former friends and business partners” because they could be detrimental to the couple’s fraud case. According to Radar Online , there have been some letters sent in to the court that have basically ripped the couple and requested a steep punishment for them both.
It’s unknown how many letters were sent in, but the judge has agreed to not allow the letters to be brought to court Thursday. That is a relief – a small one – but a relief nonetheless for Teresa and Joe.
New reports indicate that Teresa Giudice will not be sentenced to prison come Thursday. However, Joe Giudice will undoubtedly be sentenced to prison, and some media outlets (like Radar Online ) say that Joe will be going away for a minimum of five years. Of course everyone will have concrete answers in just a couple of days.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Teresa and Joe have listed three properties for sale . They are selling their home in Montvale, New Jersey, for $3.99 million. Their beach home is listed for $315,000, and a third home in Teresa’s name has been listed for $179,000.

The couple is getting everything in order while still putting on brave faces. They reportedly celebrated their final “free” weekend with friends at a “ Stay Strong ” party at Pure Lounge in Parsippany, N.J. According to InTouch Weekly , the two had a great time, “both [were] in great moods and didn’t seem to have any cares in the world.”
Joe and Teresa Giudice have gotten completely beaten up by the media over the past several months. The negative rumors about their marriage haven’t stopped, but the two have managed to keep their heads held high over the past year or so. It certainly hasn’t been easy, but the two have done okay for themselves given the circumstances. The couple kept it together for their four daughters, even after losing Joe’s father suddenly back in June. It has been a struggle, and while their doom’s day might be upon them, you can imagine how relieved they will be just learning their fate and starting the process of moving on.
Hopefully the RHONJ stars have learned from their mistakes and will be able to pick up the pieces and start anew. Are you team Teresa? Do you have any sympathy for her and/or her family?
