Scott Disick Already Has One Foot Out The Door?

Rumors that Scott Disick and longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian are headed for a split intensified this week, and it’s all Scott’s fault. According to Radar Online, rather than helping Kardashian prepare for the birth of their third child, Disick has been searching for a bachelor pad. Disick, 31, was recently spotted touring apartments in Beverly Hills, and neither Kourtney nor their children, Mason and Penelope, were anywhere to be found. Reportedly, apartments in the building Disick toured go for as much as $9,000 a month, and would make Disick neighbor to Ciara and Will Arnett.

The latest round of tensions between the couple seems to date back to the Kourtney’s pregnancy. When Kardashian announced the pregnancy in front of Keeping Up with the Kardashian cameras, Disick responded with anger, saying that Kardashian keeps “suckering me into these kids. I can’t handle all of this responsibility.”

While Disick and Kardashian’s relationship has been rocky at times, the difficulties intensified after the deaths of Disick’s parents. Sources reported that the loss of his parents pushed Disick into a depression, which he handled by drinking large amounts of alcohol and taking pills. The depression spiraled out of control, and landed Disick in a hospital bed with alcohol poisoning.

Things seemed to be turning around after Kardashian, in front of cameras filming for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, gave Disick an ultimatum.

The 35-year-old Karadashian told Disick, “Unless you want to be sober, then I don’t want you here,” as she locked him out of the home in the Hamptons they were sharing. “If you want to die, then you can continue to act this way.”

The ultimatum seemed to work initially, with Disick telling People Magazine that he had given up drinking.

“I’m excited to just be feeling good and living healthy, eating better, exercising more and doing whatever I can to get by,” Disick told representatives from the magazine. While the interview took place the Liquid Sundays pool party event at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, Disick reportedly drank only bottled water.

However, the split may not be as finalized as it seems. Disick recently posted a photo to his Instagram account captioned “dream team,” in which he is cuddled up with a bikini clad Kardashian. Kardashian’s stomach is not visible in the photograph, and the date on which it was taken is unclear. Just days after Disick’s reported house hunting, paparazzi snapped photos of Disick and Kardashian apparently shopping for new furniture. While the two appeared somewhat distant, the joint shopping trip could indicate they are both sticking it out for the time being.

Or it could all be another publicity stunt from the family that became a household name by playing the media.
