Phaedra Parks Divorce: ‘RHOA’ Star ‘Has Drawn Up Papers Herself’ To Have Apollo Nida Served

The Phaedra Parks divorce is underway, according to a source speaking exclusively with Life and Style magazine. An insider — whom the magazine claims is close to the situation on Phaedra’s end — says the Real Housewives of Atlanta Star is gearing up to have soon-to-be ex-husband Apollo Nida served papers while he’s in prison.

“Phaedra’s starting the divorce process all on her own. She has drawn up papers herself.”

Rumors haven’t ceased about Phaedra and Apollo’s divorce. The two are making it obvious that their marriage is by no means a bed of roses. Phaedra has had it with Apollo, and he’s angry with her for not showing him more support. As a previous article on The Inquisitr revealed, Nida was a day late turning himself in at KMC Lexington Prison because he was confronting Parks instead. He was allegedly irate with her for not agreeing to take their sons to visit him during his eight-year prison sentence.

A source also spoke with Life & Style about Nida. The magazine shares that the RHOA husband is on his own path of revenge.

“He wants to write a tell-all book while he’s in there. He wants to reveal shocking secrets about what led him to prison — and about Phaedra and their relationship. Nothing will be off-limits!”

Radar Online reported that Apollo had a team of writers help him get the book done as quick as possible before he entered prison on September 11. It’s unknown when the autobiography will be officially published and released. It’s set to be “explosive.”

Throughout the tabloid turmoil surrounding Phaedra Parks getting a divorce from Apollo Nida, a rumored incident recently happened while RHOA was taping. Fellow cast member Kenya Moore allegedly accused Phaedra of cheating on Apollo throughout their entire marriage. Phaedra told Kenya she wasn’t discussing her marriage to Apollo or anything else dealing with private matters. As the story goes, the two got into a heated exchanged that provoked Phaedra into lunging at Kenya. She was supposedly prevented from striking Kenya when Kandi Burruss intervened in the near-altercation.

Kenya later posted a tweet which alluded to the rumor as being completely false.

“The devil is busy at work 2day. You can throw stones from glass houses but the truth will always prevail.”

It sounds like it’s just a matter of time before Phaedra Parks divorces Apollo Nida. Until such a move is made on her part, speculation will continue.
