Reality TV star Eileen Davidson, who recently joined the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, is reportedly already feuding with her fellow cast members. She has been accused of mocking Paris Hilton’s aunt, Kim Richards, who has been a regular on the show since 2010.
While that might not be so pleasant for Richards, it’s great for ratings, so don’t be surprised if the producers of the show get their editing team to add plenty of juicy bits from the cast to the mix, as it makes for great viewing.
An inside source reportedly told Radar Online that even though she’s a newcomer, and as such should probably want to make a good impression, Davidson hasn’t warmed to Kim Richards at all. The insider said Eileen “didn’t make any effort to try to get to know Kim at all. Eileen can come off as very snobbish and aloof.”
The source went on to reveal that it’s quite clear that Eileen and Kim simply don’t jive well, as is apparent when filming the show.
“Whenever Kim and Eileen film together, there is always a lot of eye rolling on the part of the soap star. Eileen complains that Kim is a total airhead and doesn’t understand why she is even on the show. In Eileen’s opinion, Kim is a total bore, and just rides on her sister, Kyle’s coat tails.”
Interestingly, the seemingly very knowledgeable source went on to share the fact that, despite her attitude to Kim, or perhaps because of it, Eileen is a welcome addition to the RHOBH cast, especially as far as the producers are concerned.
The insider also revealed that Eileen certainly had enough time on her hands to join the show, “She was only working on a limited basis for ‘DOOL’ and ‘Y&R.’ Eileen has a huge fan following, and will be paid for $750,000, which is a record for a new cast member.”
As a footnote, the Radar source also said that the dynamic between Eileen Davidson and fellow cast member Lisa Rinna was also one to watch out for. “There’s a very interesting dynamic between Eileen and fellow cast member and soap sudser, Lisa Rinna. Everyone will be extremely surprised by their relationship.”
