Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton Split? ‘Platinum’ Singer Does Hawaii Sans Hubby

Are Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton headed for a split?

Apparently, that is the going rumor this week, which is only being fueled by photos of Lambert in Hawaii — by herself. The Platinum singer is currently on tour and was seen soaking up some sun while in Honolulu without Shelton, who is in Los Angeles for The Voice.

According to Us Weekly, the country star showed off her toned tummy in a bikini as she frolicked in the water. Of course, there really wasn’t any way for Blake to join his wife, since he has obligations back in Cali, but that didn’t stop the media from commenting on his absence.

Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton are reportedly not even on great speaking terms right now, mainly because their schedules are so crazy. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Miranda and Blake go days without speaking to each other. As you can imagine, this is taking a toll on their marriage.

According to a report from OK Magazine, the couple has been living separate lives for quite some time now. There has been chatter that Miranda gets really jealous when her husband talks to females so she has a member of his staff keep an eye on him and report back to her if anything alarming occurs. Can you actually see Miranda doing something like this?

The good news (yes, there is good news here) is that Miranda wraps up her Platinum tour on Oct. 5 and will more than likely fly to Los Angeles to be with Blake while he continues working on The Voice. If, for some reason, Miranda chooses to fly home to Nashville or elsewhere in the world, the tabloids will go crazy with more split rumors — and maybe then they will be right.

Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have made their marriage work for three years, but they have likely had their ups and downs like everyone else. It’s not easy to be in the entertainment business and have so many different things going on in so many different directions. Distance can make the heart grow fonder, but not having good communication for one reason or another can tear two people apart.

Fans sincerely hope that Miranda and Blake make it, but it wouldn’t be surprising if they didn’t. Unfortunately, having a successful marriage is nearly impossible in Hollyweird.
