Duchess Kate Middleton A Lingerie Model? Yes, If Britney Spears Had Her Way
We know she’s “not that innocent,” but what about Duchess Kate Middleton, who Britney Spears is banking on modeling her new lingerie line?
You heard correctly. The pop princess has a far-fetched desire for the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge to try on pieces of her new clothing line, The Intimate Britney. Perhaps figuring nothing from nothing leaves nothing, Britney had her handlers send the royal mommy-to-be (second time) one of every offering in her new line of Britney-inspired sexy undergarments.
Tuesday, the “Toxic” singer was on-hand at London’s Cafe Royal to unveil her raunchy collection. And by way she was decked out, Britney played the part well as she posed for snaps. Getting the royal duchess Kate Middleton to don some intimate wear is a horse of a different color.
The blonde 32-year-old singer wore free-falling locks and looked comfortable in a tailored navy blue jumper with an eye-catching plunge. And by the looks of the her gathered-in sash at the waist, Britney has been putting in work at the gym. Spears rounded out her elegant ensemble with a drop necklace to accentuate her plunge, several arm-wrist bangles and a pair of black heels, according to a report by the Mirror.
At the unveiling, the singer let on about her wishes for Duchess Kate Middleton to slip into her fashion line. Of course, her Prince William would likely give a royal thumbs-up to see his beloved bride looking sexy while with child.
“I would love to see Kate in my underwear designs. That would be splendid. I’m going to send her one of every piece. So she’ll have plenty to choose from.”
Should Kate Middleton break from royal protocol, go against the grain — at the risk of upsetting The Queen — she will have at her disposal a wide array of sleep and loungewear with amazing embellishments, throwback edges, satin ribbons, and lace trims. In the privacy of her own boudoir, Duchess Kate can have a full experience of her own intimate expression, with a royal flavor.
In the event the duchess passes on the generous offering to indulge in Britney Spears’ intimate lingerie collection, a holla-back girl would be next in line.
Spears put her best foot forward with a British accent and threw the new Voice coach’s name out there.
“I’d love to see Gwen Stefani modeling my collection. I think she’s very cool and sexy.”
After coming off another breakup, this time with David Lucado, the free and clear Spears, who is on a hiatus from her Las Vegas residency, is tapping into her fashionista side.
All things considered, it’s unlikely Duchess Kate Middleton will model Brit’s clothing line for the world to see. And selfies are not likely to happen either, given the recent string of celebs having their intimate snaps hacked and uploaded for the world to feast on.
As for Gwen, who is rapidly becoming a fan favorite with her new coaching gig, it’s a coin-toss.
