Jill Duggar, Derick Dillard Of ’19 Kids And Counting’ Reminisce, Celebrate Second Trimester Of Pregnancy
Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard of 19 Kids and Counting are expecting their first baby in a matter of months and fans are thrilled to be going along for the ride in a sense. Jill and Derick have been keeping fans updated on social media and it looks like the two just had a sweet and romantic dinner out. What’s the latest on these reality TV fan favorites?
Derick and Jill headed out for a nice dinner at Bentonville, Arkansas’ Table Mesa over the weekend and it seems this is a place that holds some special memories for them. The 19 Kids and Counting star noted that this is the first time they had been back there since the day they got engaged.
As fans know, this has truly been a whirlwind year for Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard. They started a long-distance courtship and then got engaged, married, and pregnant within just a matter of months. Jill got pregnant almost immediately after the couple’s June wedding and she’s been posting weekly photos to her Instagram account.
In the latest “Baby Dilly” photo, Jill shows her little baby bump and notes that she is 13 weeks and one day along. Even though it’s still relatively early in the pregnancy, as the 19 Kids and Counting star has just entered her second trimester, the couple already has put together their baby registry.
Derick and Jill have done a registry at Walmart, naturally, since Derick works for the corporation. It seems they’ve put lists together for some other stores and sites as well. As Jill and Derick shared with People, they are putting a wide range of items on the registry. Items even include things like Gatorade and Fanta along with bedding and other baby-related items.
Though fans of the show won’t get to see anything about Jill Duggar’s pregnancy in this season, surely it will be a focus in episodes to come, assuming the show gets renewed. The current season of 19 Kids and Counting, which is airing new episodes every Tuesday night on TLC, is following the Duggars as they plan Jill and Derick’s wedding. The big day will be featured later in the season.
Clearly things are going well for Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard, and 19 Kids and Counting fans know that there has been exciting news for Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald lately as well. Jessa and Ben are engaged and planning a November 1 wedding and fans are thrilled.
