Teresa Giudice Divorce Inevitable? Will Teresa Leave Joe After Sentencing?

Teresa Giudice divorce rumors are back — and this time they are here to stay. With Teresa and her husband Joe’s court hearing just a week and a half away, rumors about what is going to happen to the couple are at an all-time high. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, those closest to Teresa say that she will leave Joe pending the outcome of the hearing. The consensus is (and has been) that Joe will be sentenced to prison while Teresa will be put on probation and may be sentenced to house arrest.

“Teresa blames Joe for her legal woes, and wants nothing to do with him, the lawyers have encouraged them to keep a united front until the case is over. But, as soon as they are sentenced, Teresa is filing for divorce.”

Teresa Giudice doesn’t seem like she is unhappy in her marriage, however, which makes people wonder if Teresa will divorce Joe for financial reasons. This has been rumored for a while now, many thinking that Teresa will raise her four daughters as a single, unattached mother, while Joe serves his time in prison — which could be about four years.

According to Us Weekly, the current season of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey has followed Teresa’s storyline very closely. In fact, as Teresa and Joe listed both of their homes for sale earlier this month in real-time, the show is giving fans a look at how Teresa felt about it back when the couple actually made the decision to downsize. Each week, RHONJ fans have seen Teresa face some of the hardest decisions of her whole life.

Rumors that Teresa Giudice was pregnant with her fifth child hit the internet last week. Of course the rumors aren’t true, but as previously reported by the Inquisitr, the tabloids took a unique angle on the overall story. Figuring that Teresa would do something like get pregnant just to avoid going to jail, it was a good story… but it wasn’t true.

At this point, Teresa and Joe can only sit and wait. They are due in court on Oct. 2, and on that day they will learn their fate. It’s unknown if any of their court appearance will be filmed or if television cameras will be allowed in the courtroom. There have been rumors that Bravo is planning on sending cameras to the New Jersey courthouse to catch some of the action. The footage will supposedly air during the RHONJ reunion specials.
