If you have $11 million burning a hole in your pocket, Kim and Kanye are selling their Bel Air mansion. For buyers looking for an open floor plan, Kimye’s Tuscan-style mansion is a perfect choice, especially since the 14,000 square foot home has no walls.

Variety reports that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and her rapper husband bought the home for $9 million in 2013 and started a massive renovation while Kim was pregnant with North. Of course, they didn’t swing a single sledge hammer because they are way too famous for such DIY projects. Instead, they hired contractors to gut the mansion and add on another 5,000 square feet of space to the already massive home.

Kanye West was frequently spotted by paparazzi checking out the progress of what was then his dream home in L.A.’s gated Bel Air Crest community. According to Trulia , Kim and Kanye initially had contractors remove entire walls and push the home “further into the backyard.” Initial plans included adding a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, and a bowling alley inside the massive home.

The couple then decided that they didn’t like the changes and revised the plans for the house several times before deciding that they didn’t want the house anymore. Kardashian and West had contractors stop renovating the Bel Air mansion and put the unfinished house on the market for $11 million.

The celeb couple quickly moved on and purchased a move-in ready home in Hidden Hills that set them back a mere $20 million. Their new 16,000 square foot, eight-bedroom house is conveniently located right around the corner from little North’s grandmother, Kris Jenner .

Kim and Kanye’s unfinished Bel Air mansion remains on the market, waiting for that special someone to come along with cash and a handyman to put the walls back up inside the house. Listed by Nelson Shelton & Associates in Los Angeles, the current asking price is set at just shy of $11 million.

Before the couple had contractors tear apart the interior of the house, it had a rather conservative five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. AOL Real Estate states that Kim and Kanye’s gutted home is set on slightly less than an acre of land and has “priceless views” from many of the rooms. However, with all of the construction that has taken place inside the property, it’s certain that the views inside are not quite as grand.
