Adam Levine Said Married Life Is ‘Trippy’

Adam Levine has been pretty psyched about his married life, now that he has married Victoria Secret model Behati Prinsloo.

Adam Levine is an American singer famous for his lead vocalist position in the band Maroon 5. He has received three Grammy Awards, and his new album V was recently released and is doing well on the charts. His wife Behati Prinsloo is a Namibian model who became a Victoria Secret Angel.

The two started dating in 2012, announced their engagement in July 2013, and then married in Mexico on July 19, 2014. Before Adam Levine, Prinsloo dated British model Jamie Strachan from 2005 to 2012.

According to another report from Inquisitr News, Adam Levine’s new marriage makes him feel for masculine. “I think it does change, but in a great way because… you feel like a man or something, it’s weird. The relationship doesn’t change, but you feel slightly more masculine. I feel like from a man’s perspective… at the end of the day, if you’re with the right person, the guy is supposed to feel like, I think, a little bit more of a man,” Levine told Ryan Seacrest.

Adam Levine is also more excited to be able to use the word “wife.” “I abuse that word right now, a lot. I’ll say it for no reason. I’ll say, ‘Where is my wife?’ And she’ll be right there. Wife, wife, wife. I love that term,” he tells the talk show host, with his “Voice” co-judges by his side. “I even changed the number on my phone to ‘Wife’ when she calls,” says Adam Levine.

Levine and Prinsloo got married in July, and have been enjoying life since. Facebook and Twitter posts confirm that the two are happily married and enjoying each other’s company. The two have even started planning the future in terms of kids. “I want to have like 100 kids. I want to have more kids than it would be socially responsible to have. I don’t know when we’re going to do it, we can’t do it right now. But it’s absolutely in the works for some future date, not right this second,” said Adam Levine.

“I do [have a ring on]. I know. I never really thought I would. It’s trippy. I’m such a child. How did this happen?”, he continues to add.

Levine is set to premiere on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on its new season airing Monday, September 8. Levine will most likely discuss more about what it’s like to be married in-depth and reveal what the future holds.
