Christina Milian Opens Up About Motherhood, Wants More Kids

Singer and mom Christina Milian has been reflecting on motherhood, providing style advice and revealing that she’d like more kids.

Milian turned 30 today, and has an 18-month-old-daughter, Violet.

Mother and daughter were snapped at a ‘Pampers’ party in New York, where Milian talked to Bet. The performer looked svelte in Denim Raven jeans, a red Forever 21 top, and Wild Pair heels. She offered style tips to other moms and moms-to-be:

It’s important I think for a mom who has babies to still get dressed up every day; you feel good and it pushes you forward as a mom. It’s hard and I know you’re tired, but at some point it’s great to put the makekup on again, put on the heels.

Milian also advised shopping for momswear at a range of places, from Target to GAP, and also said her daughter had a diverse wardrobe:

We do everything from GAP Kids to Target to Gucci. A little of everything. She doesn’t have a lack when it comes to fashion.

She also looked back on her ten-month marriage to The-Dream – the couple were married in September 2009 and separated in December of the same year. By July 2010, the pair had divorced. Apparently, she’s not going to rush into things in future:

“[…] I think I’ll get married again. I’m going to take my time though this time. It won’t be engaged in a month and married over night. But, who’s to say! You never know.”
