Giuliana Rancic Celebrates Wedding Anniversary, Continues To Pray For Joan Rivers
Giuliana Rancic celebrated her wedding anniversary with her husband, Bill Rancic, on Sept. 1. The reality star took time out of her busy schedule to post a message to her guy on Twitter. Giuliana and Bill got married back in 2007. They wed in a gorgeous ceremony in Italy, one that they will not soon forget. Since then, the two have weathered quite the storm together.
Giuliana and Bill knew that they wanted to have children, but the task wasn’t easy. After two failed IVF attempts, doctors did a mammogram on Giuliana and learned that she had breast cancer. The news was completely devastating, but Bill stuck by his wife’s side through it all.

Bill and Giuliana Rancic have a lot to be grateful for, seven years into their marriage. Most importantly, they both have their health — Giuliana’s cancer was treatable. Also, the couple now have a son. They decided to get a gestational carrier to have a baby for them. On August 29, 2012, the couple welcomed their first son, Edward Duke Rancic, into the world.
The couple have had great success in their respective careers as well. Not only do they have a reality show, but Giuliana is a star on Fashion Police and she also does a lot of news correspondence for E! Bill has had great success as an entrepreneur. After winning the very first season of Donald Trump’s The Apprentice, things really took off for Rancic. He is still part of the Trump Organization today, and he also has branched out into the world of television like his wife. Most recently, Bill signed on to host Kitchen Casino on The Food Network.
In other Giuliana Rancic news, the talk show host has been sending continuous thoughts and prayers to Melissa and Joan Rivers. Of course Giuliana is very close to both women, as they work together on Fashion Police (Melissa is the show’s executive producer). In addition to her Twitter messages, Giuliana also spoke about her relationship with Joan. According to Mail Online, Rancic had nothing but wonderful things to see about her dear friend, Joan.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, all of the stars of Fashion Police have tweeted out messages about Joan Rivers. Of course they know her very well and she is like a part of their family, so this is all so very hard for them.
