Vicki Gunvalson: ‘RHOC’ Reunion Finale Was ‘Gloves Off’ As Promised

Vicki Gunvalson lived up to her warning during the RHOC reunion finale. The Real Housewives of Orange County episode was a no-holds-barred show, and the blonde spitfire led the charge.

What a fitting end to a tumultuous season, right? After all, the writing was on the wall long before the sun set on the drama in Orange County.

Most of what went on in the finale was warranted, all things considered. Hmm, Tamara Judge comes to mind, and it seems most of the RHOC cast felt the same; it was a free-for-all when they all tore heavily into her about two-timing allegations and kicking up dust whenever possible.

Methinks, it’s the pot calling the kettle black, because not one member on the Bravo show is MIA when it comes to lobbing insults and throwing rocks inside glass homes, if you will. Just saying.

Could things get any worse after Vicki Gunvalson admitted she flirted with Shannon Beador’s hubby, David recently?

Here’s a rather hair-raising exchange during Monday’s show, as People wrote:

“I could give a rat’s ass if you like [Brooks],” Gunvalson said to her former friend, who she learned was talking behind her back in Bali. “Just shut your mouth.”

“What do you want me to do? Lie?” replied Judge.

“Well, you do it all the time anyway, so why wouldn’t you?” asked Gunvalson.

“F— you,” yelled Judge. “I’ll go there, Vick.”

“Gloves are off,” Vicki Gunvalson replied.

And things didn’t fare well when Judge had the audacity to accuse Vicki of being mean — out of her presence, of course. To that, Gunvalson shot back and used the “J”-word (jealous).

[Cricket sounds playing in the background]

You are not happy because you cannot [share] happiness among anyone else. If you’re so happy, why are you so miserable?”

Judge denied the super-sulking allegations, but Vicki wasn’t done, not by a long shot. She double-downed by calling Judge bitter as she gets older.

“If you are so happily married, why are you so angry and ugly to the people that care about you? I hope you don’t ruin that.”

Lo and behold, Vicki got a bit of help from new RHOC housewife, Lizzie Rovsek, who obliged her by tearing into Judge as well, who accused her backstabbing.

The squabble turned very emotional when Judge hit Rovsek below the belt about her marriage and debacle of a birthday party.

I’m sorry you’re a bitter old lady. You’re hateful,” said a tearful Rovsek.

Back to Vicki Gunvalson, who recently had an epiphany after the housewives’ Bali trip. Boy, that didn’t last long when the gloves came off at the reunion claws-out finale. After the excursion, she learned some disturbing news from the ladies about her nemesis, Tamra.

Tamra saying that I wanted to her to ‘go down’ isn’t the truth. I’m tired of her causing problems and never being called out on it because of people fearing her backlash. Every season and every year, she has gone after someone. I don’t know if that’s for the show or if it’s really how she is. I cherish my girlfriends and their trust, and there is NO way I ever had any desire to see her ‘go down’ or be hurt this year. What I do know is that Tamra is known to stir trouble with someone every year — and I for one am tired of it. I really didn’t have much compassion for her after hearing what she had been saying about everyone.

For a moment, it seemed Vicki was throwing the towel in and taking the high-road on drama and the never-ending gossip she’s immersed in. Well, that hiatus didn’t last long, but what can you expect from a woman known for her short fuse?

So, the season is over for Vicki Gunvalson and the girls. Run some laps, get plenty rest and get ready for future drama in the OC.
