Rimes Cibrian Much Longer: LeAnn Rimes Can’t Wait Much Longer To Have Kids
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian can’t wait much longer to have children because LeAnn was told her fertility levels were low. According to NewsOXY, Rimes went to a fertility specialist where she found out that her window to have children was closing. LeAnn and Eddie wanted to wait a little while longer before having a child together, but now they might be on the fast track. The country star has reportedly stopped taking her birth control, and she’s leaving any future pregnancies up to fate.
“She [the specialist] told me that my levels are on the lower side of normal and that we should not be waiting very much longer. Does that freak you out?”
If Rimes and Cibrian wait much longer to have a baby, there is a chance that they won’t be able to conceive naturally. LeAnn said that it took her mother quite some time (12 years) to get pregnant, so now, at 31, LeAnn is starting to panic. She does want to be a mother and have children of her own (she is stepmother to Eddie’s two sons, Mason, 10, and Jake, 6), and so she is willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.
“I know we were not planning on having a child right now, but I also do not want to miss what possibly could be my only opportunity to have a child naturally … I knew my mom had difficulty having me, but I never really knew how difficult it was. Eddie and I have talked about waiting a little bit longer before we try to have kids. It had never popped into my head that maybe I will have the same trouble she did.”
Rimes told Cibrian they can’t wait much longer to have a baby while a reality television crew was filming for their VH1 show, and, of course, all of this personal stuff was shared on a recent episode. According to The SpreadIt, Eddie and LeAnn got into a “mini fight” about having a baby together, but they resolved to start trying because motherhood is definitely something that LeAnn wants to experience in her life.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, LeAnn is great with Eddie’s two sons. She has really adapted to being a step-mom, and she has a lot of fun with Mason and Jake. However, it does seem clear that she’d like to have a child (at least one) of her own, and she is in a position that if it happened, she’d be thrilled.
Do you think LeAnn and Eddie should start a family together?
